Didn't care for it. Food was OK but of the five/six people working on the line, maybe got a smile from two of the servers. We did get one have a great evening. I don't think that it's so tuff to greet customers or try and tell them by. I definitely feel this way after the amount I spent. Thankyou.Kid-friendliness: Wasn't kid friendly. It was barely adult friendly.
They are really extremely rude and didn't even give one full spoon of beans. Not even a full spoon. Received an upcharge and they insisted it was required, although I have been every other time and didn't receive the charge. They must have had a loss in inventory, along with that, a loss in human compassion as well, so it's my last time. No skin off their back as they have more than enough customers to compensate, but still.
Good food they just act like they can't give u enough to fill you up
I really like the workers, they're nice and polite. They let the liquid drain from the meat before they put it on your burrito so it doesn't get soggy. I'm always pleased when I come here.
Polite staff, enough seating and clean place but super, incredible disappointed. Last time we ate there, it was delicious, great flavors. This time, well, didn't taste the usual, actually taste like cardboard. So sad. I had a bowl with shredded meat and else. Please don't sell because you must. Love what you cook.And... one idea, why you please don't have onions separate? Not everybody like onions...
Best Chipotle I have been to. Good portion sizes! Felt like we actually got our money’s worth.
OMG, we get it you guys love cilantro, but honestly some of us can't stand the taste of it, it's bitter and taste like dish soap. Please stop putting all over every food item you have.
Portions are super small here, and don't ask for 'double meat' or they will charge you for triple meat. Chipotle is my favorite food but this is the WORST location I've ever visited. This is a definite skip, there are too many other great food options in the area that actually give you what you pay for.

Although I do prefer the Chipotle on 6th Street in Lawrence the best just because of its parking lot, this Chipotle is convenient because it's on 23rd. It's not as hard to access as the Massachusettes downtown branch yet it is kind of annoying to battle the traffic to pull in and to pull out there as well as the parking lot is kind of tiny. And there's not much seating area inside, can feel crammed but it's conveniently located on 23rd so it's all right.
