Chris needs to be fire immediately! Came in 15 minutes before closing with two ladies walking in right before me. He took about 10 minutes piling her order so large the ladies asked to take a picture of it. He walked up to me after still 5-10 minutes before the store closed and told me he couldn’t serve me after I watched him make this ladies giant order. I WILL NEVER GIVE CHIPOTLE MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN AFTER THIS!

Kristopher has a major attitude problem. He was rude, came across as threatening, and my order was wrong. He acted as though it was a huge hassle to take the order. He is absolutely convinced that he is the greatest person that has ever been born.
Not sure why but this chipotle seems to always tastes slightly worse than any other chipotle I’ve ordered from. They keep online takeout orders behind the counter and if they’re busy it can take up to 10 minutes to get an employee to retrieve your food that was ready when you got there. Tonight they shorted me chips for the second time in recent memory which has angered me enough to leave this review. I chatted with the support bot and was given chips and guacamole as compensation but I’m not the biggest fan of guacamole. And it doesn’t help with my bowl that contains ingredients that resemble more of nachos toppings than anything I’d want to eat with a fork.
The general manager is great. She is kind and attentive to customers
Go to 23rd street chipotle. Service was terrible downtown. One employee that currently works there has the worst attitude, you’ll know him when you meet him.
Lots of inedible chicken gristle, inconsiderate service which wouldn't listen to amounts of things I asked for. Burrito collapsed in its packaging despite needing to be (roughly) double wrapped
We ordered pickup for a certain time and it took them over 50 minutes to get it to us. The workers had the worst attitudes even though they took 50 minutes to make our order, didnt update is on anything, and proceeded to mess up our order and forget an entire meal we had already bought. When we brought it to their attention they took their time to make it and proceeded to get an even worse attitude.

I like this particular Chipotle over the one on 6th Street. In our situation it's far closer and it's not packed when you try to go to order at 6:00 p.m.You have to find a place to park on mass but it's still faster than waiting in a giant line compared to the other ones in town.
