FYI to ANY one eating here. DONT they are always dead for a reason. There food is horrible. They are dirty. I applied for this job and had 5 hours of my first training day. I seen roaches. Roaches were even in the bathroom. Staff weren't washing there hands ever. The kitchen was a mess. The phone was so dirty it was unreal. Staff were eating fries out of frie ben with there hands. The bar was mixing drinks with a dirty tin of water where the spoon sat. The bartender didnt even care. Selling half full beers. The rest foam. For 7.00. I quit after that day. I couldnt even try to worl in those conditions.
They gave me Ugly black Avacadoes on my salad! I ask for new clean ones n I got them on a plate. I was Grossed out. Never again Chilles.
This place has really gone down the last couple years. I know we had a “ pandemic “ but service should not be affected or food quality. Food prices went up but quality has gone way down. Ordered margarita with the most amount of salt on the rim … it was falling in the drink. Wife couldn’t drink it to salty. My bbq brisket burger was awful! I took one bite and told my wife it was terrible and way to saucy with the cheapest tasting sauce available I’m sure. I did not complain…. Paid my $40 and left a tip for the server. But told him I will not bring this food home at all . This place needs to get it together and do way better! If not get a manager that will train these people better. Customers deserve to receive the best every time
I'm not sure why they keep this server Michael. He does not pay attention to his customers and takes a lot to get a second drink from him. My dinner tonight was barely hot and my lousy waiter had issues with giving me a paper receipt . The next time I go there I really hope I never see him again. The manager was really nice as well as the host.
The sides were good (chips and salsa, fries, corn on the cob) but my chicken was meh. The service was also slow, which didn’t make sense to us because the place was not busy at all. Also, I came with two friends and both their sides salads were made with expired lettuce. :c
Change of menu and new products fresh food and cooked delicately. It had been years since I went to a Chili's. Cleanliness a bit of an issue.
I keep retrying this location but I'm done. I waited 7 months to see if maybe staff would change but it's no better. Have had several previous orders for curbside in which the burger was slathered in mustard, burger sliders burnt or cheese curds were soaked in grease. Yes, for the most part, incidents were reported. Today my slider's edges were burnt, not leaving much of a burger that was edible. It was covered in onions which I had asked to be taken off and the cheese curds had so much seasoning, they also were inedible.
The food was amazing! Our waiter, Logan, was very attentive and was very polite. It was a great overall experience, and my wife and I will definitely be returning customers.
Half the time your food is right. The margaritas NEVER have the correct amount of alcohol in them! It’s just margarita mix ? UPDATE: I have been here several times since leaving this review & they have been doing better. Food is not always correct but less mistakes are made & the food is good! I don't drink alcoholic beverages anymore so I cant comment about those.
Great service. Food was good had great flavor. Love the signature drinks! Good portions.
