Good service and machine, but it sometimes it just a bad atmosphere with terrible people working, but they work really well!
I have never had a problem at this location. The service is usually fairly quick, the store is generally well maintained and clean. It's usually well stocked too. The only time I haven't gotten exactly what I've wanted was when I went in too late and they had sold out of it, which isn't their fault! I've never had a wait at the pump and their associates have always been helpful and friendly. Good job guys!
All I needed was a Dr Pepper, and today I came upon the cutest donuts I've ever seen!! I couldn't resist getting one with pride sparkles! They have a wide range of options. Never thought of getting a donut there, but I'm definitely going to start getting Casey's donuts!
There is a women who works there older lady with glasses who seems to not like her job .she is rude and puts off bad vibes
Every time in morning, there has been no hot breakfast for the last two weeks. I've had a cashier give me a trash bag for my Gatorade drinks because they run out of bags. Glad she was able to help with that.
Loved when Casey’s started the rewards program. Loved their pizza and their selections. But where did their peanut butter crispy bites go? I tried them once, fell in love, and they have been out of stock since. Oh, and I got food poisoning from their breakfast pizza about 4 months ago and haven’t been able to eat it since. But the employees are always very polite and helpful.
Do not use this gas station. Everyday something is wrong or not working. For three days in a row all the pumps were closed and that isn’t uncommon. If the pumps are working certain octanes will be out or they won’t be anything to clean your windshield. How a gas station is managed so poorly is beyond me.
Better make sure they actually have cups in stock when you finally find a machine that isn't out of order. Last week ice cream machine was completely out of cups and cones and this week they have the cups but what do you know...the machine is out of order. This place has become entertaining to watch lately. Management should be embarrassed to collect a paycheck.
Only had pizza slices, 3 kinds. Waited 20 mins for popcorn chicken. I'm a cook it takes 6 mins tops to fry popcorn chicken. Especially with how small they are. Order ahead if you're in a hurry, it's our luck for it to be stocked. ?
Owners apparently finally acknowledged that I was correct that they are not open 24 /7. Even the employees don't know what the store hours are, only their shifts. Haven't fixed the coffee or slushes things for months. Fortunately, QuikTrip is right down the street.
