The wait for food here is always really slow..we waited about 25 min this most recent time, and our appetizer came out after our entrees! but that's how it is at every BWW I've ever been to.The food is somewhere between "fine" and good.They seem a bit understaffed but the wait staff that are working are the best part about the place. Friendly people who pay attention. The stars are mostly for them.It is an OK bar/restaurant and would work well for a group.Vegetarian options: They have cauliflower wings.
I ordered takeout. The staff helping me was like, oddly aggressive? I did feel shamed by her for ordered food and showing up and she cursed at me a few times as well as other patrons. My order was wrong so I had to go back. When I got the new order, it was also wrong so when I finally got the correct food, it had been probably an hour and half total or waiting. Very medicore which is fine- I was expecting that- but the experience was pretty bad unfortunately. I don't like to comment on staff usually because they're most likely overworked and underpaid but I definitely felt pretty insulted lol
The greeting was a tad slow, but it was 10pm. The music, as with most Dine In places, was WAY TOO LOUD!!!!! If I want my ears blown out, I'll go to a concert.Our server was absolutely fantastic. We had 2 children with us & there were lot of questions and special requests.The food was great, really well prepared & tasted amazing.
After waiting 10 minutes for our wings, my mom's wings did not come out with mine. I began to eat and nearly 15 minutes later her food came out. Our waitress, Jasmine, told us she felt bad about the long wait for my mom's order so she gave us an exact copy of my order, 10 wings with fries, and didn't charge us for those wings or my mom's order. Outstanding customer service and would come back again! Thank you!
Ordered online and when we got there they swore they never received the order. Once we showed them the order number and that it was charged to our account they made the food incorrectly 3 times and we waited at least 45 minutes. We finally decided to leave and ask for our money back, the manager Jeff came out and said they would refund the money back after they just told us they never got the order. We never got our money back. The host at the desk was very polite and was doing all that she could to help fill orders but no one was helping her.
I feel like the boneless wings have changed in the past couple of years. I went there for the first time in a while and they were rubbery and mushy. I only ate two of them thinking the first one might have been a fluke. I highly doubt I will go back again considering the quality of food for the prices they charge. I will get my chicken fix elsewhere.
Service was beyond Covid slow. Waitress only had our table and we couldn't find her most of the night. Complained to Mgr and he simply said okay. What a crazy show. Good Job BWW Lawrence staff
The table we were brought to was dirty. The waitress cleaned it up for us. We got spicy garlic wings and the sauce was good, but our food was cold. Being as we were hungry we just ate the food. Plus, I don't want my food tampered with if I had sent it back. The restroom was also unsanitary. We will not be going back. The waitress was good, though.
HEY KAREN....ER...SALLY....I was there when you began cussing at said "pink haired cashier" and whining that your food was not given priority over all of the other orders ahead of yours. If you're gonna tell it, tell it true. It was BOGO wing day and the restaurant was busy as ever. You asked if she could just go "f-ing check on" your order. She matched YOUR energy and advised that the kitchen was working as fast as possible and there were already enough folks in the back to help and any more people in the kitchen would be hurting, not helping. You tried to rally the other (patiently waiting) customers but they did not agree with you, so you whined and cried to the manager for free food. I have ordered here both to-go and eat in. Each time my food has come out hot and delicious and not a single time has there been a rude server or cashier. I guess you just get back what you give out. ? PS: There was NO one-hand clapping, as you claimed. You must have heard your lips smacking together as you whined.
I have been coming her for some time now and I’ve had it with this place after a couple nights ago. Most places wouldn’t allow underage people behind the bar grabbing liquor and weighing bottles. Not this place. They let the underage girl Megan that works in the back do all of it. She has been my waitress before, and she is very rude. To customers and other staff. I know she is not a manager, because the manager I usually see if Jeff. Who is also extremely rude. They let that girl drink on the clock, and probably other staff too. I have watched this manager make two drinks for himself and her and take them straight to the back. I have see these two together outside getting just a little too touchy, and I know the staff knows something, but they’re probably too scared to say anything about it. This place is horrible now. I don’t know why I continued to come here, but I’m done.
