Having moved to Lawrence from England back in 1999, Brits has been a go to favorite for 20+ years. Always a great selection of food, snacks, candy, and fun household and collectible items from back home, and always great service
The sun has risen and set all in a matter of minutes and approximately 33 miles from home. Visiting Brits was amazing ?. For such a small shop the variety was awesome!My son, daughter, 2 grandchildren and I traveled to Lawrence to witness the #British glory that is #Brits?! A cornucopia of teas, biscuits, crisps, beverages, gifts, jams, pies, sweets, mugs, and ? towels!A little bit of Englad in the Midwest. I was very pleased. The staff were very pleasant. I was in awe of the symmetry, color scheme, fragrances, and titles of everything. I felt like a small child in a huge department store!

Most Awesome place to shop for those items that are impossible to find from other places other than the Americas.
This is an absolute treasure of a shop in downtown Lawrence! They have amazing teas, some of which are their own blends--try the "Queen's Jubilee!" They also have a great selection of tea accessories, snacks, kitchenware, and sweets that you'd usually only see in the UK or Europe.
My favorite specialty/niche store in Lawrence. This place is darling. There is no shortage of things to buy here if you're an anglophile. I have purchased teas, battenberg cakes, scone mixes, jams and other condiments, tea tins, tea strainers, decorated mugs, picture books, and other items here and they're all great quality and look so pretty. Brits is a local gem.
