My absolute, hands down favorite BBQ restaurant! That’s hard for me to say, being a born and raised Mizzou fan! Great atmosphere! Great prices! Best brisket I’ve ever had! The staff is very friendly and does everything they can do to make your visit the best ever! Love stopping here on our way through town!

Great bbq! The slaw is vinegar based which is not always my fave but these guys do it so well. Sweet and tangy. The brisket was tasty, but the burnt ends were so tender, juicy, really special. Nice earthy spice to the baked beans; chunks of tender meat in them. I’m from KC but live in colorado now… so nice to be back in the land of expert bbq

Nothing great. Ordered a turkey sandwich that was mediocre with a cheap bun. Then, got a baked potato which is a basic with some squeeze sour cream and BBQ sauce. Paid almost $17. The employees had a bad attitude. You could literally go anywhere else and spend $4 at a grocery store and notice zero difference.

Ordered a pound of brisket, it was just ok, not a lot of flavor. Bland and pretty expensive. Even hog wild is way better than this. Their sauce was pretty good and finally made eating the brisket bearable. Also given the brisket in a faded sandwich ziplock baggie...that's just plain weird! No butcher paper or aluminum foil. Hope it wasn't recycled?
Very good food and super friendly staff. Pulled pork was very juicy and brisket was so tend. My husband stated the baked beans were the best he’s ever had and believe me, that is high praise. Would definitely eat here again.
We got a bunch of takeout while camping at Clinton Lake State Park. Really solid BBQ and sauces. Baked beans were on the spicy side, but good. Fried green beans are definitely recommended.
If you’re looking for great BBQ, Biemer’s is your place! I hadn’t personally had Biemer’s but decided to use them to cater a family meal after hearing great things about them. The staff was very polite and helpful, the food was excellent, and we had plenty of leftovers. I will definitely recommend Biemer’s to others!
