Walked in at 9:00 and was told a server would be with us. Waited 15 minutes for a server then another 15 for our drinks. Keep in mind, there were only 3 other tables occupied. Ordered food after getting our drinks, and didn’t get our food until 10:45 when they close at 11. When food finally came out it was clear the plates had been sitting under the warmer forever. Hamburger bun was crispy, fries were soggy, salad was warm, and the plates were too hot to touch. Paid way too much for the experience that we had.
Manager was super helpful after the fact but food was gross, waiter didn't come fill up our drinks, we had to send food back twice because it was wrong. Definitely not worth the price.. won't be back.
Although the staff was AMAZING! Its ridiculous that the chips & queso are $6.99 & you only get one scoop of cheese. I’ve been informed that this is what corporate is forcing the cooks to portion for an expensive price.
We went later at night around 845pm. The waitress was very attentive. On Wednesday night they have hamburgers, fries and a drink for $5.00 and half off appetizers after 9pm.
First and foremost5 stars for the treatment and good service I received. Was shocked bcuz usually waitress usually aren’t kind to say. But my waiter was nice, respectful and easy to communicate with. Michelle think was her name,so yes I would recommend this place for hospitality and good service.
Went here the other night and waited 40 minutes for an appetizer! There were only 3 tables in the whole restaurant that were occupied. This was at 8 so 2 hours before close so no excuse for such slow service. The service was horrible and very slow. They had plenty of servers sitting around and talking at the bar area. The food was okay not great. My friend has a gluten allergy and the staff would not make gluten free options even though they were displayed on the menu. Don't eat here unless you want slow service and not great food.

I never go into Applebees with high hopes, but man this Applebees ruined ALL Applebees for me. Just awful. Everything about it was awful. By the time a server came over to take our order, the manager had already gotten us drinks and taken our order. Our food (for two people) took far too long and when it came out, it was disappointing. The coleslaw was old, mozzarella sticks were inexplicably served with ranch dressing, there were floaters in my drink, and no one EVER came back to check on us after the food was delivered. Thankfully there was a way to pay from the table, otherwise we never would have been able to pay the bill for the horrible food because literally no one ever came back to our table. We never got silverware or napkins either. I had to go get some paper towels from the bathroom. Were they busy? No. There was just a lot of standing around and talking to each other. Everything was sticky too. The table was sticky, the bathroom floor was sticky (ew). My 8 year old child was more helpful and vocal than any of the staff members at this place. I’ve been getting chicken wonton tacos for probably 9 years and these were the worst ones I have ever been served.
Place was very quiet yet the service was quite slow, they seemed to be under staffed, the food was good, hot and tasty. The drink special was a good deal $5 long Island iced tea.
We previously had a not-so-great experience at this Applebee’s, but prior to that had mostly had good experiences. So, we decided to give it another shot last night. It was 7:45pm and there were only two other tables with customers. We were seated immediately, but my family of 5 sat there for 12 minutes. No one came over to greet us, take drink orders, or even acknowledge us. As the 12 minutes unfolded there were consistently 3 or 4 employees sitting or standing near the bar and payment kiosks interacting with one another. We decided 12 minutes was long enough and decided to leave. As I walked past the bar I stopped and told the bar tender why we were walking out. At that point an individual—who I had previously thought was a customer sitting at the bar—stood up to listen and respond to my concerns. This person was an employee! He had been sitting at the bar while no one else acknowledged us. He did say he was sorry, but sought no additional information and offered nothing in terms of an explanation. There was no reason for us to be ignored. We were well within sight. The place was not busy. There were employees standing around. This simply should not happen. I used to go to this particular Applebees’s once a week and always received good quality service and food. I’m disappointed that simple service is lacking, especially as the menu prices continue to skyrocket.
