A short staffed crew on this Monday morning and they're rocking it! They're so friendly and the breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. Jamie's service is great!
Went to the store in Liberty/Kansas City on 7/22/22 at 745pm not one person there was eating. I asked if we could sit down and the VERY rude lady behind the counter was on her phone and the VERY rude cook said we are only open for 5 mins and by the way that order would have to be To-Go we agreed and sat down at the counter and the cook said "I said we are only open for 5 mins" so I said do you want us to leave? he just shrugged his shoulders so we left. I eat at this place two to three times a month. Needless to say that will be my last visit I have never had this type of service at any Waffle House anywhere in the country.
Needs to be called Waffle Home, because it feels like home. Love the all star meal, and a chocky milk to start the day. Best breakfast in liberty by far.

I love that the waitress still remembers my order even if it goes a long while between visits. I love the ham and cheese omelet, smothered and covered hash browns, and occasionally a pecan waffle. They get you seated and served quickly. Great service and food!
We went in just after 1130pm. They had half the restaurant roped off due to staff shortage. No big deal. We said we'd be happy to wait for the seats to open up. There was no one else waiting, but we had a group of 12 so the cook says it'll be a lonnnnggg time, 30 minutes. OK no problem, then he rudely says I mean a long time, maybe longer. His server stood there and didn't say anything. They obviously didn't want our $200 dollars and probably $50+ in tips. We went elsewhere. Bad experience, the cook doesn't want anyone to eat there. If I owned this business I would want to know about service this poor.
First of all your workers have absolutely no phone etiquette. Secondly, saying you have limited seating for dine-in but turning down customers for dine-in when there is literally only one table full of customers and one person waiting on a go order is ridiculous because we were then told we could order to-go. So we would have been sitting in there anyhow. I get covid restrictions, but this was seriously ridiculous.
The service was terrible. Our waitress was rude. Took 20 min. to get coffee. The hashbrowns were raw and greasy. Gross.
I love the Waffle House. The services was great, the place is clean and food taste wonderful. The have the best coffee.
