I come here all the time and the last time I went the African American ladies had bad attitudes. Very uncomfortable experience. One of my sandwiches was a mess and wasn’t wrapped properly, it had been squeezed and was messy to eat.
Threw the bacon in the microwave instead of actually cooking it and out of guacamole.
Best sandwich that I've had in a long time.
TRENT the manager at this location is RUDE. I made a request twice and apparently he didn't hear me giving me extra cheese I didn't ask for. Then charged me for the extra cheese even though I told him I didn't ask for it. At that time he got an attitude saying "well if you would speak up!" I requested and paid for cookies I didn't get. Distracted with trying to get a coupon to work that never did (was not given the discount although the coupon was good) I didn't catch they didn't give me the cookies. The sign when you order requests guests to be polite to the staff... it would be great if their manager was polite to the guests.
There was literally a hair when I bit into this. Disgusting and dirty.

Just went last night around 8:15pm and they were closed. The employee was inside just watching us try to come in. Closing time is 9pm. Who closes an hour early? Not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Laziness.
Did not get what I actually ordered. Probably a language barrier. And their speaker was not working

Extremely rude customer service when asked to put condiments they only put a couple and when asked to put more they get an attitude. I've gone a couple times and its always the same thing. Highly recommend going to the one on Minnesota instead! The staff on Minnesota always have a smile on their face, 100x more pleasant!
