This store needs serious help, I live a block away so I try to make it my local store to support local businesses but this place is ridiculous every time I go in either they don't take a card or you can't pay with cash or the air conditioning is out and most of all every time I order a sandwich for the supreme meat nobody knows how to make it they have to call another store to have somebody tell them over the phone how to make a sandwich

The convenience is awesome but the app is finicky and sometimes it's not ready by the pickup time, it's still a decent sandwich at a good price!
Made an online app order, food was never delivered even though it said delivered on the app, I called the store and the lady working there said noone ever came to get the food to be delivered, I asked if she could just refund me the money for my order, she said she was busy since she was the only one working, I called back later, another lady said it was cancelled or refunded, it wasnt. I would still be waiting for my subs if I didnt call. I love subway so this is unfortunate. I hope whoever got my sandwiches enjoyed them because I didnt!
Im the new manger of this location sorry about the past but would love to give everyone a better outcome next time 1 comes in.
Leavenworth Rd is trashed& Rude need to learn about customer service. Went to another Subway on 38th and State Ave and it was perfect
Mostly it is close by that they have a few that might have problems speaking English very well.
