If I could give them a ZERO I would! The service here is horrible! I called to verify could I get my sandwich remade because it was wrong, at first it wasn’t a problem and then when I walked in there they told me I had to pay for another one after the miscommunication. They refused to remake me a new sandwich and I demand my money back. Horrible experience!
Store was very clean.service was great. I had the Italian BMT with chips and soda. Bread was soft and fresh. Sandwich was really good. Only thing was ice machine was broken, no ice for drink. Other then that, id go back.
This subways isn't the best. Subway is my favorite place but this is my least favorite location. The people are not the nicest and don't seem to like their job very much. Sometimes they make the sandwich wrong by not evening the Ingredients out or putting enough Ingredients on the sandwich.
The place needs some serious attention. The sneeze guards have not been cleaned for who can say when. The same with the drink area. A petri dish for serious problems.
The store had a sign on the store that they were slammed and there could be a wait but be patient. Please no yelling at the employees as they were short-staffed because of covid. I entered and it was honestly the standard wait I am used to at other subways. I ordered my sandwich, and the gal that took my order cut the bread, then decided that the bread was not right and got another fresh one. She cut it and then asked me what was on the sandwich. I got the idea it might have been her first day. We both read the menu board together, and she asked if I wanted those items on the sandwich. She set it up, then to the toaster who took care of that. The next employee dressed it and the person at the register charged me and gave me the special on that sandwich. All and all, no one was frustrated with the wait, and it seemed to be a happy experience for all. I suspect they also had an uptick in traffic that day because they are next to the big covid testing site and those people have been waiting all day in lines.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager was highly unprofessional and unhelpful. I have the flu and placed an order. I get called by my DOOR DASH driver NOT Subway that they were out of bread. How you run a sandwich shop with no bread is beyond me, and how you do not let your customers know is even more ridiculous. Then, wouldn't refund my money, I have to call Door Dash. Yeah, mm okay. Lost my business forever that is for sure. Worst customer service that I have EVER had.
Thank you subway! We had been at the hospital for hours and didn't feel like cooking. We ordered from them and though it wasn't quite right to begin with they made it awesome in the end.

Mr Goodcent is better subway food is not fresh
The staff was uncooperative, and when the cheese stuck to the paper during toasting, they just left it there and wrapped it up onto the exterior of the sandwich. Also did not understand "light" on the mayo and mustard, on either of two sandwiches. There are other Subway stores very close that have much better service that we will be frequenting from now on.
