I've never had a problem with the employees there, they've been excellent every time i've been there. I am not sure of their names but the Female coworker that usually works in the mornings(?), She is really good at her job and despite she's usually on her own, she always greets her customers with a smile, and helps pretty quickly. I would recommend this subway

I'm not sure of the intelligence level of management here. Who puts one person on at a location very close to the race track on NASCAR weekend? We got here, there was 4 pieces of bread left, he was scraping the bottom of the bowl to get Meatballs for my sandwich, and he had to start turning customers away. The management is clearly incompetent.

VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I needed to see bout either canceling my order I did online or see bout getting it transferred to another store where I was going to be at the time my food was going to be ready. The lady that answered the phone didnt understand what I was needing done so she gave me the manager. I explain to him what I was needed. He asked me what was the address for the subway I need. I told him the address and he told me and I quote him “that is not my address why you call here” so I explain to him again. He then says “you go to hell that not my store!” He then hung up. I tried to call number of times to tell him to cancel my order and refund my money. He refused to answer the phone. I went made another order to the Subway I was going to be close to. So needless to say I paid for two footlongs and only got one. I would never recommend this store to my worse enemy. Don’t go here unless you want very rude customer service. I will be calling the Headquarters tomorrow on this. I had to give it one star to post this but the one star is more than what they deserves

We ordered over $65 worth of food for our employees to eat lunch. More than half our sandwiches were wrong. When we called the store to have our issues resolved, they demanded we collect all the sandwiches and drive to the restaurant to be replaced. I informed them we have hungry employees who are all busy keeping our business going and we did not have any staff available to drive all the sandwiches over there. We even offered to accept some sort of refund for the sandwiches that were made incorrectly. The owner proceeded to argue with me and talk over me on the phone and said we could bring them during any business hour to get a refund. So he wanted me to hold onto all 6 foot long sandwiches to bring back after we close at 6pm with the receipt to get a refund or replacement sandwiches. I once again, tried to resolve issues with the owner. He then gave the phone to his wife who kept talking over me and hung up on me, which is disrespectful to paying customers. This location should not have a business run by managers or owners such as these. Our company is extremely upset seeing as how our total bill after delivery was $80 and the location did not want to resolve issues with us. We will no longer be ordering Subway for our Saturday Company lunches after this experience. The location needs all new management and owners as they do not know how to run a proper business and are a disgrace to the Subway Corporate business. After our issues, we saw multiple people had issues with management as stated via google reviews as well. Someone should really look into the issues people are having. I also let Corporate Subway know about our upsetting experience at this location.

I ordered a couple steak sandwiches from this location. The meat was spoiled in both of them. I left a bad review. Then I had a lady call me. She told me when I return back to the store that they would replace my sandwich. I explained to the same guy that made my sandwich. And he told me to get lost. Very disrespectful. If I could get them a 0 I would.

Prices for two people.

He is very sweet and always polite. We appreciate him staying open for those of us who have late lunches

My husband and I looked this place up to see what time it closes and it says 9pm so despite the weather conditions being bad we grab our coats and jump in the truck. We drove 6 miles and we arrived at 8:33 only to be told that they always close at 8:30! The kid was laughing at us while he closed the 7security fence or whatever you call it. This is ridiculous and very poor customer service. I hope corporate executives are ready to correct this.
