Order from here a few times a year, always hoping the food is better..... it never is. They constantly get the order wrong, it's always cold and they don't seem to know what 'toasted' means. Skip this one, go to the nearest at Shawnee Mission Parkway and Neiman

If these guys are sandwich artistsThe sandwich they made me is abstract art. Placed an order on the subway App.Since one of my employees to pick it up.The toppings were laid across the top of the bun The Bun was not sliced the toppings were not in the sandwich I literally had to cut the bun open with a plastic Butter knife so that I could put the toppings inside of it where they belong. Called the store first time and they put me on hold for 20 min then hung up. Called back 8 times no one picked up.
Usually this location does a decent job. 75% of the time, I order ahead one my phone and send my husband to pick it up. Sometimes things could have been better from them... Yesterday, was the worst and has me considering not going back. My husband sub was so messy and smothered horribly with the sweet onion teriyaki. My wrap was drenched in the new version of Subway vinaigrette, along with not cut in half then poorly wrapped. Made it to where it was like a vinaigrette soup and messier than any sloppy joe I had growing up; I had to tear it open and pick at it like a child because vinaigrette soup didn't hold well in a tortilla!!!!
Good food nice people & always very helpful, jus no soup. But my go to Subway.
