Absolutely horrible experience, no server's, order on kiosk than you go and clean your own table because none are clean get your own drink, plasticware, condiments. Then instead of them bringing your food to you they yell across the restaurant your order. After all this and waiting two to three times as long as you reasonably expect you, get cold food and the burger meat tastes like it has been sitting in water. I think my photos says it all . Not to mention everyone touches everything and nothing gets cleaned or wiped down.
Post Note - Visited again, the on-site ordering worked great! The employees were very nice, and the food was delicious! Love this restaurant!This store has a new touch screen ordering system… very confusing for the first time user. When it displays your order, doesn’t seem to allow you to edit the order before submitting. The staff here is made up of young workers, but I must say they are extremely polite, and doing everything they can to make sure your order is correct and timely. KUDOS to the staff at the Liberty, MO location!!!! Keep up time good work.
First time I had to place my order on a kiosk, then they got it wrong. Still good burgers and shake.
Pretty good place to get a bite to eat, we fed our whole family for just under 30.00 because they have/had $4.00 meals which we took advantage of. Good food, fries were hot & fresh, my soda kinda tasted like a little watered down Root beer, but I'm not too picky. It was alright. Overall pretty good experience. I'd go there again.
They have a new “self-serve” ordering system. Fairly easy to navigate, but definitely not for everyone. Employees were scrambling trying to fix orders. The place was clean and employees were trying, but the new system will definitely be challenging for the customers as there’s no personal touch.
Well, seems like technology has hit Steak n Shake with their new ordering system, but don't panic, it's very easy to use. You can't really blame them, either, since so many people don't seem to want to work anymore. I love their single steak burgers - just the right size for me, but what they do best is their chocolate milk shakes. Those are to die for! Yum.
I would come every month and the food was great but then I went in last week and I notice the hamburger buns and hamburger didn't taste the same, then my chili had too many onions, also the hot dog didn't taste the same. It's sad because I like them better than Freddie's now I can't go anywhere. Why did you have to change it.
Be open at the time you say you'll be. I'm here at 10:28pm on a Tuesday night cuz I don't get off till 10. They blocked the window with what looked like something they would store food in, and shut the lights off at the drive through. I could see all of the workers sitting in a booth inside the building. Horrible service and image. I would laugh if any part of it was clever, but it's just lame and not funny.
Though I should have rated 4 Stars. The Establishment shouldn't be punished for Management doing's'. Not because of service or food, etc. But I heard Chicken Tenders are being removed from the menu (selling them only until supplies last)Seriously? Chicken tenders are fantastic... Why take them away?..
I would give 0 stars if I could. The inside was filthy; 6 tables needed to be bussed and there was dried ketchup smeared all over the outside of one of the front booths. The menus were crumbled and dirty. The waitress forgot to put the order in for the kids milkshakes, which was the only reason we went there. Then she brought 1 of them the wrong type of milkshake. My fries were burnt, rock hard and dripping with cold grease. There were chunk of burnt crispy chicken tender bits in the basket as well. They never checked on us, other tables were asking for service as well. Worst service I've ever experienced.
