Very busy and yet they were extremely nice and moved quickly.i loved it every body had a nice smile.
Line was way long,I ordered a coffee Frappuccino, and instead of telling me they were out of what I wanted,they totally changed my drink and didn't even tell me. I got a white chocolate, creme,no coffee at all. They think I wouldn't notice, lol.
Un attentive how many registers do I have to stand in front of, and how many customers do you have to serve before you notice me, greet me and or at least say just a minute? Once you do a t like your friendly at least pretend while your getting my 16.+ dollars for 2 drinks and a thon piece of cake.
Best capuchino ever from all Starbucks this capuchino is the best every time. Always foamy to the end, other Starbucks they turn into milk and coffee without foam very quick
This location has to be the SLOWEST drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. They usually have a large team working and the inside is not very full. But 15 minutes is a common amount of time to wait here. There’s easily 5 other Starbucks in the city I visit with a more consistent flow of traffic and are WAY faster than this location. I can’t figure out why it’s so subpar, but it’s infuriating.
Not sure how if yoy follow a recipe to make a drink, it will taste different. The drink was not good. I asked for change for a $5.00 bill after the fact so i could tip. Was told they couldnt ipen the register without a sale. So i had to tip the whole $5.00 for a nasty drink.Lets do better at this location

he food and drinks are starbuckly delicious, the bathrooms are clean, and the employees are truly genuine.
Love this place. The workers here are awesome! They do a great job on the drinks and are always super friendly.
