We can in this Saturday morning for a cookie and some coffee, and the baristas were immediately engaging with my 3 year old and taking about bugs with his “bug expert” shirt. He was a bit shy but really was enjoying it. When they brought out his cookie, they had left some cute pictures with a personalized message on there for him. I unfortunately can’t remember the names of everyone who participated, but I’m extremely thankful. It turned a mundane experience into a positives d fun one.
Not sure exactly what was happening but the drive thru took an eternity. When I got to the front window, they gave me my drink for free before I even said a word saying, "This one is on us, sorry for the wait."So impressed. Thank you

Ordered online for pick up in Store and my order was done within a couple minutes!Drive through line looked really busy but was moving rather quick. Inside was also busy.
worst Starbucks experience ever. they need to hire more professional staff, I ordered my usual drink and it does not taste or look like what I order. It tasted watered down so I politely told the lady in the drive through, and when I pulled up to the drive through she tells her other workers with an attitude “I don’t know how it is watered down but okay”. If you don’t enjoy your job maybe you should find somewhere else to work! :)
worst starbucks i have ever been too. young unprofesdional staff. mfcker was on the phone at the register. coffee was lukewarm and weak. avoid this starbucks. you've been warned.
Happened to stop by when the drive-thru wasn't wrapping the building. Nice server and tasty treats. Typical overpriced Starbucks but that's why I rarely stop by..
The drive thru is always congested and blocks access to other restaurants and businesses. Recomd staff members come out and direct traffic flow.

The drive-thru is usually backed up no matter the time of day, but if you're a Starbs fanatic, you probably order online, and pick up inside the store at this point to make up for it. Every morning I go to pick up my coffee, I see them busy as ever, but every time I say thank you, there is always someone saying "You're welcome" and I just love manners that come so naturally. Great employees. Fave drink is an iced dirty chai with nonfat milk!
