Wouldn't ever go here at night for sure. I made the mistake of taking an Uber eats order from here cause it was a good amount & have been in the drive thru for almost an hour. They don't really acknowledge the speaker, & the window doesn't get acknowledged for you to 10 min until they hand the order. It's absolutely not ok & beyond ridiculous.

All I can say is that of all the years I've been going to Sonic this one location produced the most magnificent, Fresh, and bursting with flavor f****** Burger I've ever had at any Sonic ever!!!!!! I can only imagine that when Sonic was creating their menu that the double bacon cheeseburger that they produced for me was there ideal specimen that every Burger they ever made would taste like. Great job guys hands down the best double bacon cheeseburger I've ever had ever.

We didn't get our full order, cheese burger combo / includes tots and drink 5.99Leg popcorn chicken 4.99Med tots 1.99Med drink 1.69Total was 14.66 plus tax. We paid 20.57. we only got 1 of the drinks, when I asked about the other one they were going to charge me 2.22 for the drink.One was supposed to be included in the price of the combo. We'll never be going to any sonic again. Way to treat the customers sonic.

My wife ordered from door dash, we ordered two shakes and received not only the wrong order but a totally different person order, it was not even her name on the reciept..she proceeded to call sonic on the phone and speak with the manager however, the request was avoided.While continuing to speak with whomever was on the phone, who also did not provide a name, we started to hear the voice of a women scream and I quote"why the hell you answer the phone, you not supposed to answer the phone we are closed I'm ready to go home" the time of the phone call was 10:50pm Sunday May 22, 2022. She was repeatedly ask what was her order by both employees. The female employee proceeded to get on the phone and once again ask my wife what was her order.. she told them and they asked her"well what do you expect us to do we are closed we don't know what to tell you" the female employee was rude and very in professional, I felt absolutely no customer service training was put to use..we are unhappy and very unsatisfied with our experience with sonic as well as door dash...it will be a long while if any before we give them our business in the future. If I could give this store no stars I would but that wasn't a choice at this time.

I always say I'm never coming back to this location, but always think it can't be as bad as last time...wrong!! Ordered mozzarella sticks and your new strawberry apricot slush. Total was about $10. The cheese was fried out of mozzarella sticks and I didn't get the right slushie. When I questioned the slushie they told me it was right, I went on my merry way only to have gotten a limeade slush instead. I really won't be back anymore

We ordered over $60 of food. The food was cold, so we went back to complain. The guy who cooked the food said it was hot, it wasn't. He took our food like he was going to replace it, then threw it away and told us to leave. He then came out of the building, threatening my driver, another worker came out acting all crazy, threatening my driver. I got out of the car and explained to the man that I came there to get my 86 y/o mother a hamburger. He agreed to remake a hamburger for my mother. He refunded $20 to my card.Due to this experience I will never go to Sonic again.I have attempted to reach upper management, no one has called me back, it has been 3 weeks.I am 57 years old, and I have never been treated so poorly!

I don't normally like negative comments. However, I'm taking 1 star off for each issue I had today. 1) The drive thru menu prices and quantities for items are incorrect. In this case the mozzarella sticks. The small order says there are 5 on the order board. Yet the actual amount provided are 4. This leads to 2) When I brought this up to two different employees, they showed absolutely no concern. 3) I ordered extra marinara sauce. I received 1 and it had dried sauce on it already. This is the closest Sonic near my house. Yet, I'm thinking about finding another.

If I could give zero stars I would. When we initially ordered for delivery we didn't think anything would be amiss due to the order being picked up quickly. Unfortunately, they did not get our shakes so my husband decided to go pick them up. Not only did they nearly throw them through his window, but one was also open and spilled all over. Then to make matters worse, they also gave us the wrong shake. 1000% would not recommend.

Very bad service. Closing manager was very rude with an irate tone- slammed drive thru window in my face. Went by for a couple of orders and was told they were only going to fill ONE order. no explanation. Manager yelled and walked away. 03-28-2022 @ 9:30pmTried to call the store, was told they were closed- Again- in a yelling manner/tone.This will serve as my first and last visit to this location. I will be contacting the corporate office to file a complaint, and getting the local news media outlet here in KCMO involved. This wont happen again.

It's Sonic. Good for a late night snack. To be honest the most respectful staff of any fast food place I've ordered from. If you like hot dogs my best friend loves the chili cheese coney dog. I ordered the honey BBQ chicken poppers. I prefer the honey BBQ sauce over the buffalo sauce. I also enjoy a limeade and they have that happy hour promotion from 2pm until 4 pm.
