Every single time I come here and get a blast, they barely put anything into the ice cream. Countless times I have paid for extra toppings and still there is just a few pieces on top and the entire cup is just vanilla ice cream. Each time I come here, I think it’ll hopefully be different. I’ll just have to stop going to this location all together. I’m disappointed every. single. time. Especially when I pay extra.
Some sort of problem with the drive thru microphone. Super slow! But the food was good!
Went here to buy my grandson a shake. It came out without whipped cream or a cherry. I asked about it and they told me I didn’t order those and they are extra but gave them to me. I called corporate and they indicated that they are included as the menu says. So I guess the location is trying to make a little extra for a free item and corporate doesn’t seem to care.
Good experience! Young man who was cooking did a fantastic job multi tasking. Especially for being young and newer, didn't see his name. Absolutely no problems and will return. Prices still a bit much.
Pull in and find a staul to park in and press the red button to order. Will be quick and easy. Not my favorite food by far since i have food allergies. I pick up for doordash often thoughn.DON'T sit in the drive thru and waste your gas and then complain about how long it took. If you are doing this you have your head up you rear end pretty deep and likely it won't be coming out any time soon. your bad bruh..
25 minutes in a drive through line for 2 drinks definitely wasn't worth it. First time visiting that area. If I'd known there was a QT one block away; that would have been a better option.In their defense, it was 'happy hour' which I knew nothing about; so the line was packed. The employees were doing the best they could.
Love their drinks! Service is always fast and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better place to stop in and grab a quick drink or snack.
Thay got our first order on time and correct but when we ordered ice cream it took 20 min then the screen said Emily was on her way and nothing waited 5 more min to get our order
I've tried these guys three or four times. Horrible food. Burger: almost cold meat cooked long ago, congealed salty fake cheese, bacon not edible (cold, burnt, hardened, incredibly salty); Onion Rings: disgusting cupcake-like batter (why tf is onion ring batter sweet?), again, cooked long ago and then barely reheated for me. I don't have high standards, it's fast food afterall. But compared to the other options around here, this place's food is just literal junk. I got stomach flu that night-- only other food was an apple and half a dozen glasses of water to try to calm my stomach. Hey Owner/Manager-- you are making people sick.
Best Sonic location ever! I had a small problem with the onion rings and they went above and beyond to make it right. The manager and the staff genuinely care about the customers and the quality of their food. To me that is everythingSincerely, a returning customer!
