Ordered & paid online before & checked in when arrived. Partial food order brought out missing fried pickles (which was honestly the primary reason I'd chose 2 eat here) stated they were out asked what I wanted in replacement then the chicken strips combo had no onion ring nor dipping sauce of any kind let alone the specifically ordered ended up waiting additional 20-25 mins for onion ring & replacement side to be cooked. Then the drink order was only 1 of the 2 so asked for the drink ordered & paid for w/combo option & when brought out it was HC fruit punch instead of big red soda so had to send it back. This was at closing time on my way back home & passing through a unfamiliar location at night so couldn't return anything bc certainly the $16 worth the drinks were only thing consumable (which 1 was free from rewards promo on app) When finally home getting it plated to eat was further more agitated @ fryer grease I'm assuming is what the issue was bc all of it was dark, dried out (even Texas toast) & tasted old & unpleasantly the same! So went to bed hungry & basically out $20! Notes taken & lesson learned!

Called over 12 times, no one answered the phone. They didn't put the tots in the 12 dollar meal. One time an employee want to charge me 19.00 for four mozzarella sticks, no thanks. These employees will always work for less because, they don't know how to answer the phone. I went right back to ask for the tots. And the clerk said, they couldn't do that... They will make sure that everything is in the meals from now on; I took care of that.

Went there one time ordered went to pay and was told that the prices were raised and it didn't show that on the signs and they didn't tell you that when you ordered. The food was good but the tactics they used were wrong.

They could improve by not making customers (who used the app to order, and checked in properly) to sit out in their car for OVER 30 minutes waiting on an order that ended up being incorrect. Didn't appear to be that many people waiitng and hops outside the door not carrying food, so maybe on break? I had to buzz at the :30 minute mark and ASK them what was up with my order. Had two different names appear on screen as if they were bringing out my food... but nothing... first was "Tyson is on their way"... nothing... waiting... waiting... then "Titiana is on their way with your order"... Still no food. Ordered at 5:31 on their app from the store itself... my incorrect food eventually arrived at my car window at 6:30... an hour for 1 burger, 1 popcorn chicken, a slush and a milkshake... Not even a big order.

Always have an issue. One time placed an online order, no one came to check on us, we waited 40 minutes and had to call. Second time, show up at 10:40, they don't answer or try to take our order, I go to press the button again and they answer at 11:05, claiming they're not doing ice cream. They say one sec then proceed to say they're not taking orders due to "long wait time" being 30 minutes. I ask what time they close, say thought they closed at 12. Girl claims they close at 11:30. Terrible service all around.

I came through at 10:40 (their site says they close at midnight so I have plenty of time). after waiting 20 minutes and hearing them take other orders before mine they tell me they don't have ice so okay I order a slushy. Then tells me they're not taking orders for thirty minutes and I asked what time they close, tells me 11:30. So they won't take orders till they close? This isn't the only time they've done this.

I called back in to ask for a drink carrier w my drinks and even though I had called back in and asked for one it was not brought. W my order- and when the carhop came even after tipping $3 for 2 drinks when I asked for a drink carrier she looked at me like I was requesting something ridiculous shook her head yes and I waited at least 10 mins and she never brought one back. Very disappointed especially since I dropped my shake spilled it all over my hand bag and my shoes. Spilled the entire shake so my trip to sonic cost me around $15 for one soft drink. In case anyone is wondering no they werent busy. Terrible customer service absolutely terrible.

Visited this Sonic while running errands yesterday. The few fries I did get were old and cold and the hamburger patties were cold and tasted like they'd been sitting forever. The carhop that brought my food out did not acknowledge me at all, did not repeat my order to me, just handed me my food. Even me tipping her $3 on an $11 meal could get her to smile or even say thank you. After collecting the money she just turned and walked away. I didn't worry about asking for a manager or complaining because it's a Sonic the manager is right there and knows what's going on with the food. If you're looking for comfort food in this area there are plenty of other fast food places or even food trucks that are amazing.

The service would been better if I didn’t have to wait to much longer to pick up only one food item.
