Took 20 mins for a order without a lot of people in the lot. Cleanliness is lacking, professionalism is lacking.
Good food & fast service. One of our favorite places to go to, especially when in the mood for chili cheese tots or a coney.
The wait times are not so great at the Leavenworth location and i understand the shortage in staffing cuz it's everywhere, but geeze!! And as always Happy Hour drinks are a win win!!
A little over priced and slow. That's why I rarely go to Sonics. They are closer is why I will go and the food is good.......too high and too slow.
Terrible and lazy staff, but I blame the management. Clearly poor training if there is any. Waited 5 minutes when there were two other cars in the lot and didn't even get an answer. Staff didn't even look busy, a few were just standing against the window, inside.
So I got a coupon from a manager at this sonic stating I can get 2 free combo meals. Just to find out when trying to use it, it came out it was a lie. They didn’t want to honor my coupon because the manager that wrote it got fired from there. But how the heck is that my fault. All they did was give me “50percent off”. I guess it is what it is.
Mostly Sonic is still always slow with service even though they have screens on their menu to show a bit of your order and keep track of what you order had they're classic chicken sandwich crispy and more times it was small that I mostly prefer their burgers and their chili cheese dogs any way
If I could give zero stars I would. The management and the employees are so beyond very rude and disrespectful at this location.Two separate times now I’ve ordered from Uber eats and my driver has waited an hour+ time, The first time they told me it was because the customers in the stalls who had already paid come before the Uber eats customers who have already paid.. The second time was tonight which is May 13, 2022 till when the male manager told me that he did not see my order in the Uber eats system therefore he was not making my order, and hung up on me. This night I literally called 40 times trying to get an answer I only got an answer one of the times and the manager only spoke with me for about 10 minutes maximum then told me what I just stated as he told me and then hung up on me. Of course Uber refunded me my money both times like they always do but to me this is absolutely absurd for a manager of a business to refuse to make a paying customer food. This is happened two times to me now and I am just very much over it I will never be paying this Location anymore of my money!
Horrible tonight, possibly not always but tonight I sat for over 20 minutes before they responded.If I wasn't picking up a doordash order I wouldn't have sat there
This store has recently turned around and in my opinion is cleaner, car hoppers are nicer with a great at work attitude. I will be returning to this location on Leavenworth rd in kansas great job management whoever you are.
