This place was a dive. The person taking our order at the stall was impatient and couldn't hear us. Our Onion Rings tasted like Mini Donuts which was weird. When I grabbed my shake they didn't put the cap on right and it came off and the styrofoam fell apart, and all the ice cream fell onto my foot, got into my shoes and messed up our car. Much of the staff congregated on the places to sit down outside so no customers could use that area. Worst experience I've had at a fast food place.

I’ve been here several times and every single time they’ve screwed something up on my order. A couple times I can understand, but I have never received an order from here that had all of my correct items. Service is insanely slow as well so expect your food to arrive lukewarm at best and any ice cream or slushes melted. Some employees are polite, but most are dismissive and outright rude for no reason.

Place is butt. Been in the drive through Line for going on 20 minutes now for two drinks. Had one car ahead of me when i pulled up.

Waited 30 minutes from arrival to finally order. Was then told to drive around and park in front, where I waited another 15 minutes for my food to come out - I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a coke. The burger was sopping wet with grease and the bacon was barely cooked. Had to throw it away immediately. The service and food here has progressively gotten worse in recent months. Won’t be coming back.

Waited for 6min at drive thru no service, pulled into space pushed the red button, told to hold. Another customer pulls up next to us several minutes later and gets served right away. We waited another 5 minutes and left. Never again.I would have given zero stars if able.

Wish I could leave Zero Stars since the amount of interaction I got in the drive through lane was literally zero words. I was in line for over 10 minutes. Three of which were at the speaker. I was never acknowledged, so I thought perhaps their speaker isn’t working. So I pulled forward. After waiting on another car already at the window for about 5 minutes, it was my turn. Once at the window, no one said hi or came to the window, though I did make eye contact with one employee. I waited about 2 minutes before leaving. I understand being busy, but you can take a few seconds to say Hi and maybe another 60 seconds to take the order. Awful.

Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I actively avoid this sonic because the food is bad, the employees are rude, and they constantly “forget” my order. This time, i had to push the button twice to remind them that I got a singular drink that I had been waiting for for 20 minutes; they weren’t even busy. It was basically empty. I do not ever and will not ever recommend this sonic.

I use to like coming to the westport location but as of late none of the car stalls are ever open and it's seems like if you go thru the drive thru they take one order have that car pull up to window make that whole order then take next order. They never seem to have more than one maybe two employees working

Double Bacon Cheeseburger and Onion rings were good. Stay away from the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Will be back

If anyone tells you that their burgers are not good, they’re lying to you. They’re awesome!
