Ordered our food on the app.About 15 minutes later a message came across the screen saying James is on the way with your food.After about 7 minutes we began to think maybe James had gotten lost.And they turn out the lights. It is 950pm and I realize they close at 10pm but can we get our food before you go??? I had to call in the telephone and after a brief hold I was told they were in the way out. The guy apologized but before he left we wanted to check our order. I asked if he had any mustard an saw he was gone. It would of been nice if he could have waited 30 seconds before he took off. Ordering on the app definitely was not quicker...I can only hope all the stuff crammed in one box is correct.
Went thru and the drive thru was closed so we pulled into a stall and submitted our order for 2 drinks paid with a credit card and waited 1/2 hour then saw them taking food to a car that came after us. So we hit the button and no one answered. My daughter had to get to work so we left but we paid not only for the drinks but gave them a tip. I will never pay before getting what i order. I have never had an issue with Sonic before today. I am really disappointed with what happened.
Ordered food on app for pickup. Been waiting over half an hour and still no food. Drive through is going faster. Individuals in other stalls that arrived after us are getting thier stuff and leaving. already paid so cant leave to go to another place. Food came out cold. I ordered and paid for 4 corn dogs and only got 3. Something needs done to correct these ongoing issues at this particular location
Truly terrible experience. Ordered normally but my order never showed up at my drive in booth and was never prompted to pay for my order. I called back in with the red button and told them I wasn't prompted to pay. I was told to wait for the server to bring my food to settle up. 20 minutes later I've seen 6 cars pull in be served and leave. I called one more time and waved down a server. Left with nothing after 45 minutes
Service has been quite slow in comparison with other Sonics I've been to. Food was fresh, orders accurate, however. Friendly service, always appreciated.
POOR SERVICE!!! Checked in at a stall and in a few minutes it flashed our drink order on the way! Fifteen minutes later I had to go to the door to get my order! Didn't get cherry flavoring as ordered! VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Waste of time stopping here!!!
This is my neighborhood Sonicc. We go pretty often in the summer for drinks. They do a good job getting it to you pretty quick and the staff are always very pleasant and accommodating.
Good place to go. Two weeks I went there at 4 p.m. and waited 15 minutes after clicking the red button. Had to leave and go to McDonald's mimes away. Was not happy. This time I wasted 5 minutes or less and was treated with great service. I doubt know what was going on a couple weeks ago but this time around was perfect.
The little teenager looked at me like she was scared. My husband loves extra caramel, so I asked for it. The girl said it's already extra caramel in the shake, ? ? and closed the window in my face. Sonic needs to hire some of those CHIC FIL A kids. I will not be returning to sonic. The all around experience was awful ?
No where near fast food after 5 pm. Line time are upwards of 10 min or more. Because of the slow and incompetent employees that management hires. I have ordered and then left the drive thru on 3 different occasions because not a single car moved in 5 min. Owner really needs to step up. One of the worst run Sonic's around.
