Sat in drive-through for over 20 minutes or better when somebody finally came to the window because I pulled up to the window after 10 minutes of nobody talking to Mary on the speaker then I was told they didn’t have my order to pick up. On top of that the whole time I was sitting at the window nobody even looked over and paid any attention to me as they were talking loudly amongst themselves and cussing and complaining about something
This place is not a bad place to eat if you can actually get them to take your order. I use to get food here frequently but the past 2 times I've went I sat for over 10 mins just waiting for them to take my order. Both of those times I got tired of waiting and decided to go elsewhere.
This is the first time I've been to this specific sonic. While ordering I asked for the #4 sonic bacon cheeseburger with no veggies, tots and a sour patch kid slush float. They told me they didn't have the flavoring for the float so I said ok and asked for something different. Upon receiving my food I had been given the #1 combo and no tots and veggies on the sandwich. I went through the drive thru for them to give me the #4 sandwich WITH veggies and STILL no tots. I didn't have time to go back through the drive thru for my tots so I left. Maybe try a different location if you want your order right the first time.
Don't waste your lunch break on this location. Didn't know what cheese sticks were, food was halph hazardously thrown into bag, my burger looked like it had been dunked into something, and they completely ignored my order request and just gave me what they wanted...
Horrible service. I walked up and used that menu. They left me stand there for 15 minutes before walking away. My vehicle doesn't fit in a stall. And there was one car in the drive thru when I arrived and pressed the button. I never got any response. I ended up just walking away.
Its sonic. I do really like sonic when it comes to fast food. This one is ok you get your food hot and your drinks cold but they seem to forget somthing everytime. Normally straws as of late.
Post accurate hours if you don't want to serve people late. Working late amd really not happy I drove to one of the few fast food places open to only hear "we're closed" 25 minutes before posted closing time. Thanks for wasting my time.
This sonic needs to change it's name to Sonic Drive-Thru. The last few times I've tried to go here I wait then be told they aren't serving the stalls and are doing drive thru only. What is the reason for this what's the point of have stalls if your going to not serve them. The few times I did get served it took quite a while to get my food they took forever to awnser the stall and they couldn't care enough to speak in anything more than a mumble. I will not be going to this location again which sucks because I enjoy sonic food and drinks and it's close to my work but the lack of service and caring makes this particular location pointless.
Food is usually fast and fresh, but this location always forgets to include ketchup (including extra packets despite requesting them)
I like this sonic better then the one on Parallel. At least they are clean and have good customer service. All sonic food is good because of the selection but if you want fresh food wit great customer satisfaction go to the ones far out like johnson county.
