I had to go through the drive through twice to order my second meal because they couldn’t figure out how to do that. Also wouldn’t let me order from the parking space so Iv had to wait in line for 20 minutes twice to get all of my food order ??
Although the waitress was very pleasant. The food was not. The foot long I had the bread was burnt and old. The hamburger was sloppy and loosely put together. If the bun just slides off the burger then it's hard to eat.
Used app ahead of time. Took 25+ min to get 2 Route 44 drinks and a cheeseburger. Rather lengthy wait times for a small order
Definitely not coming back to this location. We ordered on the app for pickup at 9:55, as I’m typing this, it is 10:34 and we are still waiting. All we got were 4 small blasts. At around 10:25 we hit the button just for the girl to bark at us “DRIVE THROUGH ONLY”. So rude and absolutely no help at all, she did tell us it’ll be right out, but obviously we are still waiting.
I ordered a sandwich last night for delivery. It took an hour to get to me (not even a mile away. When it arrived it was not at all what I had ordered. they gave me a sandwich when I ordered a breakfast burrito. I know this wasn't due to the delivery driver because the order on the receipt was correct. Do they not check what bag they put orders into before sending them? 0/10 do not recommend!
I won’t ever go here again! The last three times have been horrible! First time every single drink I ordered were bad the second time I went for drinks and waited 30 mins for two cars ahead of me the third time today I waited 20 mins and I was the only one in line and got a chicken strip dinner and got one onion ring toast with no gravy! It’s become a terrible business! Every time I try to call can never get through!
The drive thru crew was wonderful, they got me my food quickly and it was hot and correct. I don't go to that location often but I will visit them next time I want Sonic and I am in that part of town.
The service sucks here. I waited a long time for my food. The guy never brought me food that was clearly prepared already. Never again
Would give 0 if I could. Waited in the stall for 30 minutes for a doordash after they told us the food would be outside soon. Finally pressed the button again and they said stalls are closed go through the drive thru.
The guy at pick up window is the coolest and the order is always hot and right. It's Fridays for me ?
