Really wish I could give this sonic no stars after the experience tonight. Ordered food at 7:53pm and had to repeat almost everything on the order because the employee couldn't hear. We waited till 8:35pm before the food arrived and it was very disappointing. The fries, tots, and popcorn chicken were cold, the sandwich were luke warm, the ice cream and slushy were melted, and the drinks were all wrong. We were asked if anything was wrong and we told them about the issues with the food and asked to speak to the manager. The waitress went to get the manager and came back to tell us that the manager was cooking and could not come speak to us. We asked for the issues to be resolved and the waitress went back in to speak with the manager. After another 20 minute wait and no response we watched as other customers started to walk up to the doors to demand service. Everyone was being blown off by the manager and staff at this point. We finally drove away with our ruined food to try and salvage the night. Would not recommend this sonic location to anyone.
Wouldn't know how to rate their food since they never bothered to answer the intercom... Thought I would be slick and hit the button in the next stall over after waiting 20 minutes for them to answer our stall but they didn't answer that one either. After 30 more minutes of waiting we gave up and left... Excellent Mexican food restaurant across the street if you get stuck here like we did...
While our car hop was nice, everything else about our experience was not great. We ordered our food using the Sonic app and added our preferences to our food there. Still, I got a hot dog with cheese and ketchup when I had ordered one with ketchup, mustard, and onions. The tator tots were overdone and likely made in old oil. Food came with no napkins in the bag. Will choose a different sonic next time.
Workers are super nice but not once have they ever gotten my order right. I get the same thing every time. I butterfinger blast with CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM. Most of the time they ask me if they can just use chocolate syrup because they don't have chocolate icecream which is fine. But putting barley any syrup in it is not fine. And only mixing enough so that the top is chocolate but the rest is still vanilla is also not cool. That's usually how it goes. Except for today. I ordered the same thing and made sure to tell them chocolate icecream blended well. And after bringing me the wrong order at first they finally bring me my icecream and suprise suprise it doesn't have any chocolate in it at all. It is all vanilla baby. So honestly if you want your moneys worth just drive the few extra miles to dairy queen. This sounds like first world problems and it is but I've worked in fast food and I never messed up this much. I'm done cutting them slack. At this point it's just pure laziness and a lack of care.
Ordered a #1 with tots and a #3 plain,with tots. Waited 40 min to find out burger was not plain. Sent that back waited another 10 min for a new one only to get home and find out there was no bacon on it. Was supposed to be the super sonic double bacon burger. Went to eat it anyway and it was hard as a rock! The other burger only had cheese and a slice of bacon ( wasn’t even supposed to come with bacon) that one was hard as well! The tots were in crumbles and was super cold and I only live 6 min from this sonic! Went back and asked for a refund and they only offered coupons because I didn’t have a receipt! I would of had a receipt if the car how’s wouldn’t have told me she dropped it. I figured no big deal your busy and things happen. But now cannot even look up a receipt to give me a refund? They offered to remake our food and when I asked “with no spit” she just kind of giggled and said I’m sure we will take care of you. Overall will never go back. Wasted 20 somethin dollars and an hour and a half of my time only to not get any dinner!!
I had 2 bacon toaster sandwich this morning and cherry lime aid 12 4 2021 1020am service was great food was great also.What ever was done to this location good job keep up the good work. ????
What a hot mess...so never know when they will be open or closed since it changes daily, food takes forever to get, the manager was not professional rude on speaker ? car hop was irritated...food luke warm and see photo for menu what a cluster..will do update on next visit truely not a good experience overall
Half the order was missing! The other half was not prepared correctly! What a rip off.
Every stall is broken or just not on. They never get the food or drink correctly, and they’re only open for like 8 hours. The other day I tried at like 4 and for some reason got told they were closed. Literally the worst sonic location I have ever been to and that’s saying a lot because the Leavenworth location is hot garbage.
Since when do the servers keep the coin change for a tip? If I want to tip for fast food I should give my own tip, other fast food don't do this
