Best chocolates in the world, period. Wish it were closer to me.
Great place for chocolate but very rude worker ruined our experience. His facial expressions, body language, and absolutely no greeting or gesture while checkout made my family feel we were such a bother to him. We greeted him saying hello entering and only received an annoyed facial expression in return. Great prices for chocolate, but be ready for rudeness. We went at 6.30pm yesterday evening.
I love the bloopers there my favorite ? you can't even tell there's no sugar in the candy if you eat it. There that good! I grew up in Manhattan and this one makes me think of the original one in abline I love the feel and the atmosphere of this place the employees are super nice. The lady that's the baker there can bake her butt off she deserves 5 stars. If you love chocolate this is the place to go.
VERY RUDE person checked us out. Clearly we were a bother to him. It makes me sad to rate a great Kansas City business so low. But if someone in management would like me to call them they can leave a number and response on here. Happened around 6:45 this evening.
There chocolates are great. I always like to go in the back where they have the irregulars. But by far they have the BEST CARMEL APPLES!!! I always get the apples that have Carmel, nuts and drizzled chocolate.
Just close the door and lock it and throw away all chocolate ? in there I never see a lot of people in the store unless it's valentine they should just open the store online it's a waste of time and money for having it open for nothing and nobody go there.
The boxed candy hearts are not very good. The individual candy and the fresh hand dipped are very good
Went for chocolate covered strawberries. They are charging $5 a piece! They are good but not that good!

Great service received at this location. Nice selection of chocolates including seconds that are discounted. This is not an outlet, it is a full retail store. I just love the many varieties of caramel apples, fudge and the very good ice cream. I was very happy to find this store only a few blocks from my hotel.
