Very good service and the meal was excellent. I had the lobster pizza appetizer and endless shrimp (fried shrimp and shrimp scampi) salad with Bleu cheese dressing and broccoli.7-3-22. Service wasn't as good.I got here about 11:40 it wasn't busy at all so was seated promptly but it took about 15 minutes before the server came to get my drink order, I was the only one in the bar section until another couple was seated there...I had the New Orleans Blackened Salmon 1/2 order with Broccoli and Baked Potato with Lobster sauce, all of the food was very good.
Very good Red Lobster, probably one of the best if not THE BEST. They met every expectation, was greeted upon walking through the door. Very hospitable people, the host, server, and even the manager that walked by to check in on us! The biscuits we couldn’t get enough of, my margarita was AMAZING. My husband’s steak and shrimp skewer was cooked to perfection. The chef cooking that night did an amazing job. Our server refilled our drinks without having to ask, gave us plenty of butter. Ugh, we loved our experience and so excited to go back!
Food was amazing waitress was great, 8nviting and sweet and our drinks were never empty.
I tell it never fails I always receive excellent service the shrimps kept coming until I tapped out. Molly kept my water refilled and was so attentive. Come to the Legends RED LOBSTERS 🦞….. restrooms always clean and the dining area. I had smiles from the being till the end

It was not a very good Red Lobster. First there was not a hostess to greet us or seat us. When the hostess decided to acknowledge us, we did get seated right away. Brought us drinks and no biscuits. When they brought appetizers and soup, we asked for biscuits. When they came back with biscuits I had to ask for a spoon for my soup. ? Wait times for food were not good, and the rice tasted stale and over all not a good experience. But the waiter was nice. Maybe they will improve? But I won't be going back to this Red Lobster.
The first server could not keep track of our orders, and when they brought out the wrong order was replaced by a server who was actively hostile and stood over us to make sure the payment went through, and openly stated that she was doing so. The fish was over seasoned, the "steamed" broccoli was raw and we were treated like something she had scraped off of her shoe for wanting what we had ordered and for the food to be edible
We were refused service before it closed so we went to Olive Garden where they appreciated our business. This is the first time I’ve been turned away and not even offered anything other than try again another night. The manager on staff was Kam R.
I had a awesome experience Chance never let me be without biscuits are food. When they say endless that’s what it was. I had a time trying to do a google review but employee Josh helped me…Go to google type in RedLobster Parallel reviews, don’t just give the stars PLEASE GIVE A REVIEW they work hard for a review.
The food was great and I go here often and I always get good customer service rather I dine in or take out.... The waiter was amazing and took good care of me and 12 other people that were with me... He was on top of his game!
