Really nice group of people working up there. Always smiling and pleasant. You might have to wait a few minutes on your food but it's well worth it, it's always fresh and with the enjoyable attitudes of the people that work there, It's no problem at all. I do feel like the chicken is less meaty than it used to be a few years ago but that's an overall issue at the corporate level and should not reflect negatively on this location.

My son came just came back from there an my Red Beans are cold. As much money as I paid I should not have to warm up my meal. I wish they do as the book as an give 4 oz of red beans an a heap of rice. It's a 6oz cup an we don't even get all our food. $11 for a 4 pc that's crazy. Chicken was hot a little tho.

Second time trying this place. The first time they didn’t have what we wanted so we left. This time I ordered food on Uber eats and have waited 2 hrs. The person got there to pick it up and they told him that I canceled it. Never even talked to anyone. Then they told him that they don’t have what I ordered. I tried calling them but the google number doesn’t even work. Says that the voicemail hasn’t been set up. Why would you accept the order when you don’t even have it. Now my family and I have to figure out something else because now it’s late and we’ve already waited a couple of hours. Never again.

I don’t know why. Maybe lack of proper training. BUT — EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve ordered food to be picked up at this location in the last few months (I’m new to the area), I’ve had missing items by the time I get home. It’s annoying. I’m normally NOT a complainer and I am also in the food service business so I get it when a restaurant is busy. But there’s never been a time where I ordered food when you were slammed! I know what slammed looks like. At my restaurant we often push 200 guests through our drive thru at peak hours on Friday or Saturday. You order inaccuracy is completely unacceptable. The guest shouldn’t have to check through their bag for their food when we pick it up. We trust PAYING for service and product rendered. And it us YOUR JOB to make sure those good items are in the bags SINCE THEY’RE PREPAID. Please fix this incompetence!!! You guys owe me and probably countless other people money! Fix this or I’m calling the BBB.

Worst service from any restaurant I've ever been to! This will be the last time I ever try to eat there. Was there last week...easily 15 people waiting for their orders and none of them had food. I waited for 15 minutes, was second in line and left after 15 minutes and the guy was still trying to get the person's order right in front of me. In that time...ZERO orders went out despite the racks being completely full of chicken, both spicy and mild. The guys working there just didn't seem to care that so many people were waiting for their food and were in no hurry to fill any orders. This has happened three times before at this location...horrible service!

Simple order. Waited 5 minutes for a gentlemen to go from cashier to kitchen to make my chicken sandwich. He returned and said it will be another 6 minutes. They had to make patties. Thought they came in frozen, what do I know. All I do know is that it doesn't take 12 + minutes for a Sandwich. I watched as customer after customer wait for simple orders. 5 + employees, and a small line. 30+ minute order. Also, no cash. What in the world.

Per usual with this one specific Popeyes, worst customer service and sense of urgency from anywhere comparable. Waited 28 min to get my order. Listened to an employee talk back to about 4 different guest and watched about 6 people walk in, and walk out. Most people know what to expect when coming to this specific location. But it was even worse then normal, this time.

I was just physically assalted by a racist woman pretending to be a cop in your on 103 state line kcmo. Your staff is not aware of what's on their menu and can't make $2 I'm change

I would like to clarify my star rating.The customer service receives 5 stars.The convenience receives 1 star.The lady that took my order, performed her job wonderfully. She was professional and personable.The inconvenience however, was that they were only taking credit cards yesterday afternoon. I had the cash, just not the card. My plans for my picnic evaporated. (I wasn't flexible enough to change my desire for Popeye's to some other food.)Sadly, I left. My mistake was not asking why they were only taking credit cards. I didn't want the appearance of causing a scene.

Nasty. Greasy, no spice. Bland old chicken. Terrible customer service, i asked for spicy- he got it wrong and put the chicken in my box back in the chicken. But protocol is throw it away or leave it. The mashed potatoes was awful. And I smelled marijuan aback there. I'll never go back. Matter of fact I'll fry my own. No more fast food. Thats a negative 1
