Not sure why but there lobby has been closed for month. It’s a drive through only .I’m guessing they don’t want to work to hard…Maybe they close the lobby when it gets to busy at lunch time.Since that corona virus those fast food place have become very lazy.Time to go back to work people!

Everyone was very friendly and polite. All tables were clean,I could sit anywhere and the food was very good. Hot. Not over breaded. Probably my best experience in fast food, no lie

Worth the wait in the drive thru! My boyfriend and I love Popeyes Chicken, so a line in the drive thru is a good sign that the food is good and that's why it's so busy! We weren't disappointed! The chicken sandwiches were perfect!

As you might have seen in the older reviews below, it is impossible to go through the drive thru, at almost any time of the day, in less than 30 minutes at the #Popeyes at 63rd and Troost. hate the thought of going here, but my wife loves their chicken sandwiches, so I wait. This trip was no exception. There was a crazy long wait and bad attitudes all around, but this time with an unexpected special twist. The line always starts at the front of the building on the other side of the drive through windows. When you finally make it to the speaker to place your order, the order taker always has a bad attitude. They sound like they are doing you a favor for taking your order. Then after waiting again for way too long to arrive at the payment and food windows, you are met with the same attitude, but this time right to your face. When I got to the window to pick up my order, I realized that I had forgotten to order a fry. I asked the young woman at the window to please add a fry to my order, to which she replied, "if you want to add another fry you need to get back in line or come inside." Okay look, I get that it is a hassle to add something on at the end of the process And, if there was an option that didn't require me waiting another 30 min for the fry, I would have gladly complied. But there was no such option.I politely asked to speak to the manager. The young woman at the window didn't say a word and turned around and yelled for the manager. The manager approached the window, an older woman, and when I asked her to add on the fry, she repeated what the young girl said and refused. To which the young woman replied "see, I told you!" Both the manager and worker smirked and laughed. So I told the manager to keep my order of $30+ of food and immediately drove to #KFC right up the street. There, I was in line for no more than five min and ended up with some really tasty chicken sandwiches and fries.I doubt that this is a corporate #popeyes policy, to not allow any additional items to be sold during checkout, but if it is... what a great way to turn off customers and lose a ton of money in sales. People forget things, especially when they are frustrated after after having to wait in line for 30 minutes.Look, I get that adding on something during checkout is a hassle but what I find ironic, is that #popeyes, has no problem making you wait 30 minutes in line, but they cannot be bothered to take less than a minute to add on a forgotten order of fries, for a customer. If you don't like waiting on people and helping them with their requests, you shouldn't work in a public facing position in a fast food restaurant.Avoid this location at all costs. Not fast, not friendly and certainly not customer focused. Plus, I honestly think that #KFC has better chicken sandwiches.

Not very friendly at all. What can I get you? Was the order experience. Then they the only location that don’t has the tackle box, it’s discontinued. That’s what she said. Went to different location . They haven’t heard nothing about it being discontinued plus it’s on the app. The lies!

Twice (recently) I’ve gone and they were friendly, fresh and fast. They’re working to change the stigma attached to this location. Keep it up!Shrimp tackle box & chicken sandwich

Waiting in drive through, pull up to the order point, no one says anything for about 6 minutes, soon as my daughter advanced to the window, someone is on the loud speaker asking for the next car's order. We get to the window and have to go inside. In short, they tried to make up for the inconveniences, but we waited so long and everything we paid for was not in the bag

If I could give zero stars i would. Ordered food long before close online. Sat in like for 20 mins with only 2 cars in front of me.. When I pulled up finally they claimed they didn't have my order, and they were completely out of all food except for sides. They refused to refund my order. Now I'm out of money and have no food. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The manager and drive thru worker acted like they had no idea how to do their jobs. No idea how to cancel an order. No idea how to refund. No idea what to do in case they were out of items people ordered. Literally useless.

Andrea gave me excellent service her energy was full of kindness I could tell that she really wanted the customers to have a good experience! The entire counter staff is polite and efficient ❤️service was fast and it just honestly was a nice part of my day to get that type of service even in a fast food establishment just grabbing a quick lunch✨

I have patronized this restaurant for years. Food is fresh and hot, 98% of the time. One thing that is always consistent is the customer service. The staff is friendly and efficient. 85% there is a line in the drive-thru. However, it moves pretty fast.
