If I could give 0 stars I would. We went through the drive through line and the speakers to place your order did not work we waited for about 10 min then went to the window and the employee said it doesn't work. They could have put a sign up or something. Then he proceeded to tell us they have no chicken only sides. This is the worst one I've been to. I would not return or recommend this location.

Easily 1 of the worst experiences I have had with the service industry. To start the line as always was extremely long and slow . When I finally was able to order I wanted chicken sandwiches only to be told they didn't have any. So I decided to get the 16 piece family meal I requested 1 rice and 2 fries and at least 3 wings spicy and mild. When I arrived at the window I asked the young man to read my order back to me and he did it was correct. However, that is not what was in my bag when I got home. In my bag was 9 dry to the bone breast 1 wing 2 thighs and 2 legs 14 pieces not 16 and nothing like I requested. Also in this bag of chaos was 6 small mash 2 small rice and 2 LG rice. Both containers of rice were dry and unflavored. Missing was the biscuits. That's the order. Now for the out of order in this store which was visible since the window remained open for the duration. There were 6 or 7 employees standing around doing absolutely not nothing just talking and chilling 1 young lady in all black white purse on her back was vaping freaking vaping in the store behind the counter around the food. No gloves no hair nets no leadership and no professionalism. I called and spoke with a Walter who was apologetic and appeared to be genuine. Sagging profanity smoking VAPING and chilling insane and unreasonable. My kids ate sandwiches doubt if I drive 15 minutes to probably have nothing by some smart alleic manager do nothing. So I'm doing this instead In addition to sending videos and pictures to Popeyes international. Tired of these companies thinking good service in not required in all neighborhoods that's was the last time I will ever buy Popeyes. Screw your cute lil commercials provide good service and a good fresh product PERIOD

The Popeye's at 31st Prospect is one of the worst place to go for indoor dining & drive thru service. One of the doors to the restaurant is boarded up but you can still go inside that same door. The restuarant on the inside is unclean looking and even the racks where they place the cooked chicken looks unsanitary. The workers didn't have a professional mannerism either. Just ghetto is the best way of putting it. I will never go back there again. I decided not to buy anything once I saw how things were on the inside.

That was at least 40 mins wait in the line, for a disorganized order that was missing a straw and the sauce! Had to ask for all items, and most of the staff weren't wearing gloves!

Extremely slow service, and often out of sides made for a negative experience. The manager attempted to make things right but on my next visit they were out of sides again. Great tasting food but not very consistent.

Cashier was awesome so was the guy packing the order he told us to check and make sure we had everything as he was unsure and polite about it we were which docked a half star, the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich is not spicy at all that docked 1 and a half stars not the employees or restaurants fault problem with advertising when you say Buffalo you expect it to have a little hit to it but not so much as a kick.

The food is good but they take a long time with your order I mean it seems like you're waiting in line forever.

Got the spicy chicken sandwich. It was good to the last bite. Will be going back soon for another one. Employees were polite.

Food is always good, but make sure to check your order. The employers seem to perpetually be disorganized and regularly forget items you pay for. Very disappointing to get home a realize they forgot your biscuits or your sides.

Was not given my entire order had to drive back and wait in line for a 2nd time to get the missed food items. Got home and realized more of the order was missing. I spent over $50 and refused to drive back a 3rd time
