Worst food and service ever. They messed up our order in May so my husband called corporate. They gave us a coupon for 2 free pizzas. So of course we try again. After 30 minutes of their smart mouths and condescending tone and being placed on hold for 20 minutes for them to tell us the coupon is invalid. We gave up. We spoke to Akai who claims she was a manager.
I've been to this place several times but in the last year I have not been able to get any good service my pizza has always been either raw or burnt I understand it's hard to get employees but the employees that work there should try harder
Over the last 6 years this franchise location has failed 100% of the time. I keep expecting it to go under new ownership and my simple order to be fulfilled but I am without fail continuously disappointed and left with at a maximum 1 star service. If you own this establishment please give up and sell it to someone who cares.
Pizza Hut is pizza hut this pizza hut has messed up on my orders a couple few times....crust must was old Staley taste when I ordered pan ordered pickup paid online guaranteed 10-20 mins more like 30-40 mins in the drive thru...yea not worth the Hassel never but stuff happens
Horrible customer service from 3 different management staff (local Kansas City and call center) I ordered on pizza hut.com for delivery. Long story short, Pizza Hut contracted with Door Dash for delivery. My order never arrived. Another door dash driver picked it up other than the one assigned to deliver to me. Actually the door dash driver assigned to me sent me a text saying my order and another were stolen by someone impersonating door dash at Pizza Hut on Wornal Rd. When I contacted Pizza Hut (Wornal Rd, Kansas City) the manager told me I needed to contact Door Dash. I explained to her that I didn’t use door dash and I shouldn’t have to be searching for my food which was ordered on pizza hut.com. She was very rude, unhelpful and immediately transferred me (without even telling me, just transferred in the middle of our conversation) to the Pizza Hut call center. The first call center manager was also extremely rude, unhelpful and said the same thing THAT I NEEDED TO CONTACT DOOR DASH!!!!! Seriously, I DIDN’T USE DOOR DASH!!!! Pizza Hut did!! I told her I shouldn’t have to be searching for my own pizza ordered on Pizza Hut website. She transferred me to another manager, Allison. After explaining yet again, for another 15 minutes, Allison finally agreed to process a refund for the $34 worth of food I didn’t receive. I guess we’ll see if the reduce processes (3-5 business days) worse experience ever with any restaurant! I’ll never order here again.
Ordered and arrived in pick up line after receiving text order was ready. Sat in unmoving line of cars for 20 minutes, and finally gave up and left without order. Doors were locked, couldn’t see anyone inside. No one at store answering phones, it rolled over to a management line in Pittsburg and they indicated they would issue refund. No apologies though just said “they must just be busy”? My first and last experience here :(
Not what it used to be, grab pizza from elsewhere.This store was quite efficient when it was newer, unfortunately in the past year the quality of food prepared and service times are not at acceptable levels. Lobby door is locked forcing customers to partake in the drivethru (albeit a nice feature when used appropriately). Procedures for when a customer is at the window and has to wait awhile for their order should move to a parking stall and not hold up the rest of the customers that may have their order ready and waiting. This is partly the customers fault for going so soon after ordering but the staff should realize they can move them to a stall and assist others. Recommend visiting another store
Figure out a better system, because this drive thru thing isn’t it. Placed the order 35 min ago and have been sitting in the drive thru for 20+ min with no movement. No option to go inside and pick up your order, and they aren’t answering their phone. I mean this is terrible.
What I will say is the pizza usually tastes fresh and all that BUT they seem extremely understaffed and although I know that’s not their fault they need a better plan to assist customers through the drive-thru. The wait times in the line are RIDICULOUS and it happens all the time! They only open from 4pm-8pm. You get there when the pizza claims to be ready and still have to wait an extra 20-30mins in line. It’s just really inconvenient & I probably won’t order from here again because of that issue.
Ordered online in advance for delivery. Was never notified that they had no drivers available. Thankfully I was paying cash so I don't have to worry about only getting credit not a refund. The fact they are only open four hours speaks volumes about that location is managed. I was a store manager for a competitor so if they need advise I'll give it freely
