This is my goto Pizza Hut. Love the drive thru. I have short reasonable waits there. And, the employees are always friendly here. To me that is the most important aspect of a restaurant visit. This time was no exception. The pizza had stuck to the pan and the couldn't get it off. Before I arrived the began making me a new pizza. They then brought my order out to my car. That's above and beyond.

1 star, because zero isn't an option. Received wrong order, chicken wings looked old. Received a survey before I received my correct order.

Estimated delivery time was 60 - 70 minutes, it was 90 minutes. Also bring back the Hawaiian Teriyaki sauce for the wings.
This is honestly one of the better pizza Hutt locations I've been to in a long while. The N.Oak location has too many issues and lost my business. This location has a drive thru and the guys at the pickup window were very personable and clean looking. I will order from this location again.
My pizza arrives half burnt. Proper cooking procedures should be followed. When I called the restaurant, I was offered $35 credit at that restaurant only as compensation. That means my delivery fee and tip were not refunded. I feel the entire amount of my purchase, which did include cinnamon rolls for dessert, should have been refunded or credited for a future purchase. When I called the store I was on hold for eight minutes waiting for someone to talk to me about this problem.
