My boyfriend was eating a pizza and he bit into one of the pizza and it had glass in it he kept calling the restaurant and no one was answering from the store this is really disgusting and disappointing that this happened

I recently moved in this area a few months ago and I have to say that this is the best Pizza Hut I've ever eaten at. Cheesesticks are the bomb!!! The guy working the register is always nice and my Pizza is always ready on time. Thankful for this great team!
Good food. Decent wait times. The staff is great, but will treat you the way you treat them; usually to hilarious results.Our closest & favorite pizza place in the neighborhood!
Canceled my order. I was there 10 min before close to pick up. Screen still said "Making" at 8:50pm when I arrived. Then at 8:57pm employee came out and said they were not make my pizza or the pizzas for the other 10 plus customers waiting for their pizzas as well. Remember the computer screen said "Making"so that was a lie. Total joke! Will you get your pizza? Will it be any good? Who knows. Go ahead take your chances. You've been warned that you may get nothing to eat here at all.
Whoever Sean/Shawn is there yelled at this customer horribly the other day all because the lady wanted to take her wings back. He shook his head at her in shame like it was a crime, he was loud to the top of his lungs he has abuse tendencies if he already isn't one. He was way unprofessional, loud and aggressive screaming at her like no tomorrow he should not be the Manager there he is violent.31st Linwood/Prospect
I never give a highly satisfied rating anywhere. I have no complaints about anything and feel that you guys have me what I asked for. This is just my personal thing, and has no reflection on the service or food I received.
I ordered 2 tastemasters all pepperoni and 1 all Italian sausage. Each one only had 1 topping on it.
they are always very prompt and courteous at the Linwood location, which is super impressive, especially in the Covid era.
Have more workers that are able to get the orders out in a timely manner. I waited over an hour after the display screen in the lobby said my pizza was ready.
