Don't waste your time going to the pizza hut on 5928 Independence Ave. There's not been one time there wings aren't covered in sauce, and there pizza has the bare minimum toppings, sauce, or cheese. You'd have better luck going next door to price choppers and buying frozen pizza
I ordered a pizza and they said it was leaving at 5:10 at 5:45 I still didn't have the pizza so I called the store itself. They told me that they showed my pizza had been delivered more than 30 minutes ago. I assured them I was still sitting on my front porch and had no pizza. They then told me that the delivery driver was out somewhere driving around with my pizza. I ordered a thin crust pizza so if it's been prepared and cooked more than 45 minutes ago it's going to be soggy and gross you can't warm up a thin crust pizza in the microwave. I asked them to cancel my order and to refund my money because I had paid with a debit card they told me that they couldn't refund the pizza until the delivery driver made all of his deliveries and got back to the store. They then told me it would be at least 24 hours before they could find my money on the debit card so now I have no pizza no refund and no way to order something from somewhere else. This was my worst Pizza Hut or delivery experience ever.
Employees were very nice but oh my goodness, I’ve never seen such a ghetto location. I don’t feel safe at all going to this location which explains why the employees are behind locked doors and bullet proof glass.
Horrible customer Service the store, delivery driver and regional. Will never do business with them AGAIN and will NOT be recommending them to anyone. Save your money.
WHAT I USUALLY ORDER, HAD SOME FRIENDS OVR YESTERDAYWED. AND I ORDERED THE BOX ,2 PIZZA, 1 WITH PORK SAUSAGE1 WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND12 BONE IN WINGS ALSO IT WASGREAT!!,. 5 PEOPLE ENJOYEDALMOST 4 GOT, 6 BREAD STICK'S& 2 HONEY BBQ SAUCE! ??
I ordered my pizza today at 7pm it’s now closing and have not received my paid for pizza!!I was told it was out for delivery and the driver would be here soon the called back 20 mins later then explained to me there is no drivers So they would have to cancel my order.Or for me to come pick it up.I was disrespected during the call and told how it’s going to be after I have paid for my food. The staff will be recorded and I will be reaching out to news services and better business BureauDon’t order here !!
Ordered online and picked it up myself. It was fast ESPECIALLY for a Friday and the pizza was great
I usually don't complain but I didn't order this half beef so why is there not be from the other side and look how light it is seems a little undercooked also
I would like to be able to use my rewards points when I order on line and not be hassled with three different pH calls to three different people and not be able to use them still and full price pay was not intended due to my rewards points but oi paid full price anyway. pizza was cooked to perfection and the staff was very polite
