I always ask for well done to make sure it's fully cooked and that's usually what I get, a done pizza. But today, the man who got my pizza for me mentioned he made sure it was well done and it was absolute perfection. This was the best pizza I've ever had. I wish I would have gotten his name because he deserves a promotion!
My experience w this Pizza Hut was a complete disaster from the person taking my order placing it as carry out and it was for delivery. The manager needs some business etticate. He did not offer a discount after 2 hours. More concerning is the delivery driver that decided to take advantage of a child and not return the change from a $100 bill. This is very upsetting to know Pizza Hut hires people like this that leave a very bad impression on a child that the man "whisked" off w his money.And the man at the store was unprofessional he did not have the delivery driver call me nor face me in the store multiple times.Its like they were working together. He was not apologetic at all and kept giving me frivolous numbers for management. This store encourages criminal behavior
Just pick up "The Edge" due to that great commercial. Got the pepperoni lovers and holy smokes they piled on the Italian seasoning not the pepperoni. It was just ok at best.
Pizza Hut is fairly generic and middle of the road pizza but is good in a pinch.
I have ordered from them for yrs delivery to my senior high rise. Use to be good it has changed mgrs numerous times in 10 yrs I lived here. They either have to much sauce or to little on pizza. They quit delivery in my area google needs to take them off list of delivery service. They waited to tell me they dont deliver here no more till after it was in oven and I was waiting down by door for it-I am disabled senior. Sad they cant run this store like it should. I use to be a pizza hut asst mgr many yrs agowhen it was worth buying.

Pay closer attention. There was an olive pit on my pizza and my garlic parmesan wings were plain/no flavor.
Receive my order when it says to expect it. It was an hour later than it said it would arrive. There was no update or apology for such a late deliver.
