This place is decent they won't deliver but other than that this pizza hut is ok
When I ordered our veggie pizza with banana peppers on half, I didn't expect it to come with the veggies on the same half also! In addition, the thin and crispy crust was SOAKED in the parmesan garlic white sauce which was just nasty. Make me feel like I'm getting something for that $4.99 delivery fee that "isn't the driver tip." It's time to place that delivery fee in the "Cost of doing Business" column as we're all struggling in the same economy. Do it better, Pizza Hut!
The pizza I ordered was very greasy, had very little toppings and cheese. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and got mostly Italian sausage, and the ham tasted very old. Pizza Hut has really gone downhill in the last few years.
My orders are always ready on time and are made to perfection. The customer service is great no matter who you're interacting with.
Tonight the manager (I wish I had gotten his name) went well and beyond to make up my missing order to me. The delivery person Brooklyn was super friendly and I really appreciate her delivering to me to make sure I got my missed order. It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten such great customer service!
My order arrived earlier than estimated, the delivery driver was so nice and respectful. Great pizza!
i bought the 2 med. spealtiy pizza for 8.99 but when it cam up it was 17.98 i guess i put 6 items in stead of 5 . by the end it cost 30 something i feel ripped off. pizza was good.
The crust needs to be light brown or crispy on the bottom. Single toppings or Super Supreme both come out of the box barely done from my store. Store in Independence is doing a better job.
I ordered the Big Dinner box i believe the pizza was burnt around the edges, the thin crust pizza had no marinara sauce on it AT ALL, the cheese bread sticks WERE NOT cut, the boneless chicken wings tasted like salty chicken nuggets and the brownie had a burnt taste to it as well. Idk what was going on with that store that evening but the manager WAS NOT on their job and i was VERY DISAPPOINTED and UNSATISFIED customer this time.
placed an order on a sunday at 4pm during posted open hours. after an hour with no updates I called the store to no answer. they were closed and still accepting online orders. had to call customer service to get a refund.
