I was so very pleased with the Customer Service given by a gentleman on Monday July 18th 2022 he was the closing manager I believe, I got mixed up after leaving the hospital and went to the pizza hut on Broadway and it was literally 5 minutes til closing time and the gentleman called me and patiently waited on me to get to his location without fussing and showed complete empathy He was a God send to someone who was hungry and had just been discharged from the hospital Thank You Sir and May God Bless You
K, what we liked about this place is that the pizza was good and as you'd expect from a Pizza Hut. And the pick up was simple: the lady was polite, the pizza was ready on time (you hear that Dominos? Shouldn't have to wait 2 hours for a pizza) and simple enough transaction (no pandering for tips).If we want a gourmet pizza, we'll go to a gourmet pizza place. If we want a good, hot, easy to obtain and take home pizza, we're coming back to this Hut.
Unfortunately I never received my pizza at all. I literally ordered last week and had no issue. Decided to order again (I know. The calories, but whatever) and this time never received anything. I never got a call or anything about my order. I would have greatly appreciated a call. The tracker said my order is being made, but nada zilch. I just hope they don't go on ahead and charge me still since I paid by card.
Friendly manager who was happy to help even though coupon wasn't working through the app.Food served fresh.No items missing and both the bread sticks & pizza were piping hot!I ordered pizza a lil burnt and it came out nicely we'll done.Especially impressed the slice I had in the fridge was crunchy cold.Definitely made me want to return 2 days later. My wallet just needs to get on board with my belly ?
So issues i have lots of them. This store is severely unqualified to keep running and honestly have no idea why they still are. No hair net saw no gloves ive been told countless times i cant get a delivery due to no driver and then this today is was drove me to write this. I hope corperate trains you all better when you take a order you should ensure that what is being ordered is correct and not rush a elderly woman into buying 2 personal pan pizzas for a family of 4 but you uad no problem upselling them breadsticks and wings. Get real your driver was nice but thats no excuse foe this.We ended up being able to feed 2 people and fed the other 2 something different i will not be returning.

I had to call customer service to see what happened and they said the store closes due to staff shortages. Nobody called to notify me as they were supposed to. No compensation what so ever. I really hope this is taken care of.
Make a pizza right! Don’t give me dry noodles with pasta. When someone says light on sauce ... then don’t push it all to the crust

The crust was rock hard, missed shaped and old tasting. It was completely flat when it was supposed to be hand tossed. I ordered the super Supreme and got only mushrooms a few olives and 5 green peppers. The cheese pizza I ordered was like eating a piece of cardboard. The only thing that was good was the bread sticks. We ended up throwing all the pizza away because it was inedible
First time ordering from this location. Walked in to pick up a take out order. Saw my name on the screen of orders with 0:00 time left in the lobby. I told the employee my name. She explained that it would take another 7-8 minutes. Strange, considering it should have been finished by now.I remained polite and patiently waited in the lobby. The screen showed my name had been removed as though I had been checked out. Sat for 20 minutes, expecting for her to eventually get to me. Three other customers came and went to pick up their orders. No one checked up with me.Eventually, I came back to the counter and asked again. The employee who I spoke with initially was in the back having a casual conversation with someone on her cellphone, telling them, "Hey, I'll have to call you back". Someone else attended to me before she got off her phone, perhaps a supervisor.He had a face mask looped around his ears but pulled all the way under his chin. He never had had his mask up. He asked for my name. He said "Huh?? I can't hear you, your mumbling". He comes into the lobby on the same side of the plexiglass as me to hear me. He eventually finds my order. It had been in the warmer the entire time I was in the lobby for 20 minutes. Rather than apologize to me, he complains at the other employee about how she always does this.I thanked him for the pizza and left. Unprofessional and frustrating experience. I won't be going to this location again.
