How can you forgot to cut the pizza?

Order five pizzas got them done pretty quick nice staff curbside to the car everything looked great

Not great not terrible. Nobody in KC has ever heard of taco pizza lol.

After a horrible experience with the Pizza Hut on 78th and State, the Pizza Hut Corporation decided to make it right by giving me a coupon for a free pizza. I was doubtful, but placed my order at the Pizza Hut on 48th and State. And I am sooo glad that I did. My pizza looked like it was made commercial ready. The staff was professional and the manager was superb! It's a shame that corporate and whole nother location had to get involved, but their involvement made me a pizza hut customer once again. If you want a Pizza Hut pizza that looks and taste like it should go to this location. Great job, guys. And thank you.

Because of the storm one of the workers had to bring in her son. I really appreciate businesses that allow this. As a parent I'm thankful that the manager allowed a little humanity to seep in to a normally ugly corporate structure. The nurses we bought the pizza for were very thankful, so it was good enough for me.And in case you are curious, the young man CAN count to 100 by 2's. His mom should be proud

Stopped ordering for a while because of bad service, late pizza, got a pizza that was burnt and cold; and to make things worse they're not compensating for any of they're mistakes. Now it's years later, and you can't even get a solid delivery, all of the delivery methods in the world and a place that was one of the first to deliver, doesn't deliver.. Pure trash!

1/23/22 - Every business has an off day but if the quality is visibly inedible, why serve that to your customer? The cookie was definitely burned, it smelled burned, was hard and took a lot of elbow grease to cut. Gave up and trashed it after calling the store asking for a resolution. Manager stated she'd take it off the bill, which made it easier to throw out and not feel like I wasted my money. Comparing that to what is advertised and seeing someone else's pic, mine was a FAIL. Mine on the left of the collage vs the pic uploaded by a user King Blue, on the right vs what The Hut advertises in the other image. ****Update on 1/27/22 - My original order total was $25.85. They, Pizza Hut, officially charged my card $25.29, to include the refund of the cookie and said that's the correct total. Doesn't take much rocket science to know the math makes no sense if I'm being credited for the cookie. The adjustment was $.56! I ordered wings, $9.99, ranch $.70, cookie from the $6.50 line up and a pizza from the $6.50 line up. They emailed me a receipt today saying they believe the total is right, but how? They SHOW $9.99 for the wings, $0 for ceasar salad (where that come from?), $.70 for the ranch, and $12.49 for the pizza, no mention of the cookie. It's the principle of the matter. SMH ****Update on 1/30/22, received an email yesterday and this morning, the location reached out, apologized and made it right. I appreciate them. There was no negative expressions on either part, just miscommunication and confusion but they made it right.

Having my toppings right would be a great start. Ordered extra olives, got plain cheese.

The Pizza was great and ready when I arrived.
