There were no delivery drivers and Pizzahut did not inform me that Doordash would deliver my order. It was 2 hours later from the initial delivery time given and cold and hard. The people at the call center were rude and flippant advising me I needed to contact Doordash.
Do not use the pizza hut at 3600 stat Ave kck. Every time I order they get it wrong. This last time last night I ordered the edge pizza and only got half of a pizza.
When I ordered my food from pizza hut at 7:58 pm. They said it would take one hour. But I get text message that my pizza would be on delivery at 8:19 pm. Well I had to call about it because it hadn't shown up. They stated that it was overlooked. So that has been 11 minutes ago. Also no pizza yet. The store is only .3 miles from my house. So, what's up with this picture!!! From a unhappy customer
Whoever prepared our pizzas left off a key ingredient - there was no sauce on either of them.

My order came about when it said it was gonna come, and my food was so very fresh and so delicious and hot. Easily a good choice for football. I was even able to use some reward points. Awesome experience. Thanks
The pizza was ready at the specified time and it was hot and all ingredients I order were on the pizza the staff was very friendly everything was done professionally will be ordering again. The only negative was the pizza hut location I chose was not in the rewards program.
I paid over 25$ for what you called big whings. What a joke! I have been a customer for a long time. I wont be ordering again!
Pizza was a little cold and not much cheese, but we ate it....it was good.
