Ordered large handtossed specialty with cheese on top. Received large large thin with no cheese on top. They offered new pizza if I would wait but I declined grandkids were hungry. I stopped ordering here because of this. But after 2 yes thought to try them again. No luck. Worse part of this not one person apologized for their mistakes. We will not go again. It will be Godfathers from now on.
On this occasion my Order was 15 minutes late. I understand things happen and so I was understanding. My big problem is that presently I am on quarantine I requested contactless delivery because I have an underlying health condition and cannot afford to catch covid plus whatever I have presently, it could kill me. So when the delivery driver stood at my door a foot away to deliver I was horrified. Especially considering he was not properly wearing a mask. I enjoy pizza hut and have ordered from this location many times but on this occasion I cannot believe how irresponsible the driver was with peoples health.
Ordered a $10 Tastemaker, pepperoni, Italian sausage and onion with extra cheese. Delivered pizza did not have onion or extra cheese added. Pizza was hot and fresh, just not all I ordered.
The ordering was easy & price good..but pizza was completely cold when arrived & lacking much cheese or sauce..sadly we were so disappointed & had looked so forward to it after a long day. My husband use to work at Pizza Hut....like many things it has changed! Darn it we REALLY wanted it to be good.
The pizza was hard and cold like it had been sitting for a long time or it was an old order just sent out. the marinara and breadsticks were very dry like croutons.
Pizza toppings and dough tasted old and could not find any sauce on the pizza. Dough was white on the bottom from not cooking properly.
That would require a complete reorder of the pizzas that I received. One was cold. The other had to be remade after I arrived at the scheduled time. Neither one had any pizza sauce on them. I had just worked a 12 hr shift , so by the time I realized that the order was wrong I was too tired to go back and discuss it and wait for new ones to be made. I realize it was a busy Friday night. I have gotten a lot of pizzas from this store without any of these issues. I just figured it was a bad day. Thanks for letting me discuss this with you. Jim
I received the wrong pasta. I deal with acid reflux, so I order white sauce on everything. When I got home it was red sauce on my pasta and the pizza was cold and cheese sticks harder and dryer than regular breadsticks.
