I NORMALLY LIKE THIS PANERA. Never had an issue before with early closing. But FYI they decided to have their doors locked an hr early. I arrived early for an online prepaid order for 9:15pm and was welcomed with locked doors. I had to walk around to the drive thru to even get them to answer the doors. I called 3 times no answer. Once I knocked on the drive thru window there are all the employees in back smirking at the window. With one eating and just looking at me. One guy answers the drive thru window I explain the issue and while cutting me off with the most blank Stare says what's the name on the order 2 times. Wich I reply with my name twice. He hands it out the window and walks off before I could even check anything. I can understand wanting to go home early I work in sales but to accept an order that's paid for and scheduled and STILLL close the doors early is rude. And to not answer the phone KNOWING you have someone's paid for meal is just beyond me.
we were meeting someone here and just going to have coffee and a cookie and they told me there would be no coffee for 25 minutes and since we did stay an hour if they might have came over and said hey we got coffee ready they never did and they weren't as friendly as I thought they should be, also why would you not have coffee when it's part of your menu, very disappointed ?
This location SUCKS. They forgot food , food was HORRIBLE and so expensive. Bread , crutons, lettuce and more was all stale and old. I don’t recommend going here at all also took about a 45 min wait
Asked for Chipotle mayo on my sandwich as well as on the side... they forgot both and it was a good thing I checked the bag but was already out of the drive through so had to use one of the side sauces that I finally got. Otherwise good, fresh food and good service.
Hey we stopped at Panera on State line today around 1pm. the pick 2 was awesome! and I picked up an orange scone thinking I would just get some tea to make it easier to eat.... since it was way late in the day, I figured it would be a little dry.... no sir. It was like they had just made them. The keep things fresh and service was great. Stop by anytime. Great staff!
Pros:1) Panera bread2) Fast food3) Large seating area4) Friendly employeesCons:1) some dirty tables
You have got to try the Autumn Squash Soup next time it is season. It is the best creamy and surprisingly delicious soup I've ever tasted. Can't wait for next season!
Panera is one of my favorites. The food is always excellent and fresh. I especially love their bread. Awesome!
The most exciting thing about this Panera is you don't know what might be missing from your order. Is it the mayo on your sandwich, or perhaps you're missing the dressing for your salad, maybe they added chicken to an otherwise vegetarian dish? Today I was disappointed to find that my parfait was missing the crunchy granola goodness and most of the yogurt.Panera, I appreciate your tests to make sure that I'm paying attention but it's far too early and I work too long of hours for these antics. Can I offer a truce? The staff however is always very kind and quick to remedy any mistakes. I write this review as a heads up to everyone to double check your order before you leave the area so you can catch any mistakes before you get back home.
Poor service, poor listening skills. Its not hard to make a drink with no dairy. Its not a hard concept. 90% of the outlets don't work in the building. When I first walked in someone literally just ignored me and went to the bad to be on their phone. In my line of sight. They just circled the area doing nothing.
