No cashiers or folks up front to take an order. Instead of 1 person touching one clscreen hundreds touch the same one. Call me old school for expecting a human to have a job and be able to pay their own bills and help people. Great place for a quiet place to sit and eat.
Best Panera experience I have has.We ordered via kiosk, but she was there twice to ask if we needed help. (There with my parents took a bit)Food was best I have had since trying Panera....
Friendly staff. Place is always clean and organized with lots of seating. Makes for a great study spot!
Loving the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo! Duet special! But why is it Always Freezing in this place?!! Thinking that is how they get their customers to buy more soups. No need for the freeze! I meet for work but it's so darn cold and tried to work in patio but no electricity for my laptop, nor wifi. Not very remote friendly.
Amazing food but extrnely slow-moving worker. This was the 2nd time I have had this lady take my order, so I timed just how long it took her to simply get my order rang up...this time does not even include me waiting for my food. It took this lady 9 minutes and 27 seconds just to get my order. I wonder how many customers will never return because of her snail-like pace. It should never take 3 and half minutes to give a customer's change back to them.
I ordered one bagel. I received two halves of different flavored bagels.
I swear I am obsessed with the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken salad!!!! So many flavors popping on my tongue!!!!! I think I have an addiction! and combined with the corn chowder soup is a lunch bonus!!!
Food is a bit pricey but worth it. It’s very good and so was the chai latte.
Paid almost 13 dollars for two mango smoothies and both looked like this. At least filled them up, like the cup is already super small. Even my daughters noticed the cup not being full. I been getting this smoothie for years but I will not come back to this location.
Prices were really high for a cup of soup and a slightly warm sandwich. Definitely not worth what we spent. Tables were dirty as well as the floor. The staff was too busy joking around with each other to take our order so they suggested we used a kiosk. Our order wasn't correct, but it was not worth bringing it to management's attention... if there was a manager even on duty. Sadly disappointed in our visit.
