The summer strawberry chicken salad with poppyseed vinaigrette dressing was fire. It had all the fruits I was craving, sweet strawberries, blueberries, fresh pineapple chucks and what tasted like canned mandarin oranges. The pecans were a nice touch as well. Don’t bother with their new fried chicken sandwiches though, it was mediocre.I do like that they offer an apple as a side. Sometimes a bag of kettle chips is not desired.
Nothing remarkable, blase service, couldn't get anything but almond milk or whole for coffee, the teens were starving but didn't bother finishing their breakfast. We won't return.
Always out of everything. Never have enough workers or ingredients to process 10 lunch box orders for my group meetings. Inside is disorganized. The Brookside location is just as bad. We now have to order lunches for meetings elsewhere. Also, delivery is not ever available. Pickup only.
Worst panera experience ever. First, the lady taking the order was super rude, u could tell they were busy but no reason to be rude. They didn’t give us a receipt to or a pager. We walk to the are where they hand out food and noticed there was at least 10 ppl waiting for their order, but nothing was happening. After 45 minutes of waiting for our order, we ask and there were still a handful of orders needed to be prepared before us. Unfortunate, we had to ask for our money back and find another place since we had a hungry kid with us.
I used to be a regular here (like, daily) thanks to the Unlimited Coffee Club. I don’t come nearly as often now. Recently, I ordered a coffee to-go from the app. Was notified that my order was ready, but all three types of coffee were out when I arrived. So I had to wait for more to be brewed. The employees hadn’t seemed to notice until I informed them. It wasn’t terribly busy, so I’m not sure what the deal was. Hopefully next visit will be better.
This is the third time now… I literally don’t understand what mental space you have to be in to think putting the lettuce on a sandwich before you put in toaster… it literally zaps all moisture from the greens and becomes a wilted soggy paper like consistency. Learn how to make a sandwich properly and stop wasting others money, you work in a service industry have some pride.
Used rapid pickup four times now two of the times my food is not in the rapid pickup box it's on the back counter. I have to stand in line and wait for it. I'm not understanding. if it's rapid pick up put it in the right place don't waste my time.

What a joke! Out of everything! I have worked in the food industry for nearly 10 years and this was just ridiculous. No cesaer dressing, NOOO teas none of them brewed when asked about it they said “its out”, Sparse menu items and barely any pastries. Why even come here? The woman cashier didn't even get my order right by the time I got it I didn't care to fix it. Employees ordering food while several customers are waiting! Slow service and they literally do not restock any food or beverages- do not go to this location such a shame use to be so much better than this.
3 star because of good customer service other wise I would give them 0 ⭐ because they never have anything there. I asked for five different items and they didn't have. I had to settle for something because I had kids with me and was in a hurry.
