I don't try to post bad service but this was beyond bad. Lost our order and no one would believe us. Finally, young African American woman got us our order after almost an hour of waiting. Wouldn't go back if you paid me!!!!

Unfortunately out of everything. I tried to order a croissant and it had a gnat on it, I asked if they had another, which they didn't. All is fine but after pointing that out they still left it on display. After letting us put in order in they're out of pizza sauce and out of bread for grilled cheese. We can't even have a full order

I've been ordering from this Panera for the company I work for, for weeks now. And every time I've requested that they DON'T put feta on the Mediterranean sandwich because my boss is HIGHLY allergic, they still put the feta on there. This has happened to me on three occasions alone in the past two weeks! The first two times, I saw that "No Feta' was printed on the receipt, so I assumed there wouldn't be any. I took them back to the office, and when we opened them up, sure enough, there was feta on the sandwich... This third and most recent time, I stressed to the cashier that there couldn't be any feta on the sandwich as my boss is Highly allergic, to the point where if any dairy even touches anything on the sandwich, she would go into anaphylaxis. The cashier printed on the receipt "no feta" and even yelled to the back cooks, not to put any on the sandwich. When I received the sandwich, I checked it before leaving this time because I didn't trust that they still hadn't put any, and sure enough, there was feta on the sandwich. I quickly told one of the cooks about this and he assured me that they would remake the sandwich. I was already in a rush and assumed that since my sandwich was a remake, it would be made immediately so that I could be on my way. That was NOT the case. I waited for about 5 minutes while I watched the cooks make and put out other peoples salads and sandwiches wondering where mine was. This was at noon during their lunch rush so I assumed it would take them a second to remake my sandwich, but after almost 10 minutes I had to ask how much longer it would take, considering I already had the rest of my order and was now running behind on delivering lunch for my company. The cook I spoke with said he didn't see a ticket for my sandwich, so they weren't making it at that moment. I told him that there was no ticket because it was a remake since the original sandwich they gave me had been messed up. Then the other cook who had initially told me he would remake it, chimed in and told him about the remake. So apparently there had been no communication between the cooks about my remake, and they hadn't even begun making it. It took them another couple of minutes to actually make my sandwich and give it to me. It took 15 minutes for my sandwich to be remade. I saw that the manager was on the line helping the cooks and had overheard our conversation yet he didn't chime in once. One time is an accident, twice is neglect, but three times is just pure ignorance. All the cooks have to do is read what's on the ticket and see that in BIG BOLD lettering, it says NO FETA, yet they couldn't even do that.I expect more from a customer service based Deli chain and so should everyone else.

Asked for cold brew. Now typically this comes black. This one was all milk and barely even a hint of coffee. Asked the manager if this was typically how it is served and he said "I don't know, I don't drink coffee" I left it in the counter and walked out. Was not even worth my time. Should've taken a picture. On top of the tip I left... I couldn't be more disappointed. Definitely will not return to this location.

Ordered for rapid pickup. Order was not made as paid for. Called to get partial refund. Cafe members AND THE MANAGER hung up on me to make me go away. Then put me on hold until they closed. Wouldn’t answer after. Had to call corporate office to get refund. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

For the second time I received a message that "Panera is too busy to process your delivery order - order canceled". This, of course, AFTER I spent the time going through the menu, setting up the order, paying etc. thereby wasting half of my dinner break. I you dont want to honor delivery meals take yourself off Postmates. I definitely wont attempt a a third order. Lost customer.

Very confusing why food orders are taking 3x the normal to be ready, even if very small, while there are always at least 5 staff you can observe standing around doing nothing. They are staffing at least 15 people at a time, but the list of orders in queue is over 12 and the wait is 30 minutes for just one sandwich.

This has to be the most unfortunate Panera. They are always out of the best stuff. Their baked goods are constantly under or over baked. They won't add the extra things you want on your sandwich or salad or take off anything that you don't want. I feel like they don't give a flying f$$$ anymore. I used to love Panera bread! The final straw today was when one of the "chef's" put on gloves, tied his shoe, blew his nose, then rinsed off two fingers ( glove on) in a prep sink without soap... Then started making orders. Not the first time I have seen something like that. I am so good on 13 dollar unsanitary pick twos and bad service. Omg after reading the reviews everyone says the same... Very unsanitary restaurant!

Horrible! We were there May 10 at around 2:15 pm. The guy who took our order was distracted, did not ask for my rewards number, nor did he ask for my choice of bread, chips or apple, putting down bread on his own, so he had to go back on the order twice before charging. The lady who served our order did not give us spoons, we had to go back and specifically ask for them. I requested a disposable one and got a broken one, when I requested another one she gave it to me but told me to take the broken one and put it in the trash. My Spicy Take sandwich was not good at all just a piece of chicken with something smeared on the bread. My husband had asked for three pieces of bread, the server made a face, my husband said it was on the order and she gave them to him after going back and looking at the order which she should’ve done from the beginning. Her whole attitude was arrogant and in a bad mood like! From now on, we will go to another Panera instead!

Good food as expected. The staff were friendly but with limited knowledge when I asked questions about the food. They got answers from somebody else, though. Dining area was quiet and comfortable. Bathrooms were OK but not great.
