Haven't been here in awhile, but we were able to stop in for dinner. The menu has been updated alot since we were here last time, so we got to try some new items out. The bread sticks and salad was great as usual. We also had a great waitress, who was very friendly and helpful.
We are there last night 7/8 at about 6:30 pm. The wait was 30 min so we chose to seat at bar to eat sooner. (We don’t drink). However, the person assigned wait staff at bar area seemed very overwhelmed. We waited 10 min for someone to approach and give us menus, then waited 20 more minutes to be asked our order. Our teas came after 10 min and were made incorrectly. One tasted like soapy water. Two couples who seated much after us received their food orders quickly. It took nearly 30-40 min for our food… and it was cold, not cooked and the pasta had 4 hairs in it. We never got salad or breadstick refills as requested and took 10-15 minutes after we had to request drink refills before they came. Additionally, when first seated we never got eating utensils so when salad came we had no way to eat. It took 10 minutes to get some. We were so tired of waiting we started eating salad with our fingers. Service was non existent, yet two managers were taking inventory in front of us in the bar area while service staff stood around on phones. We will never eat there again.
Our waiter / bartender was amazing. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because my chicken parm was overcooked and the breadsticks were hard. Otherwise it was a wonderful time. I got the Tour of Italy my friends got chicken alfredo and shrimp alfredo. Staff was amazing. Portions were perfect. I even received a free dessert because it was my birthday.
Placed a pick up order. Received a text it was ready. It was notTold it would be 5 or 6 minutes. 20 minutes later I went inside and the manager completed my order. Food was not very warm. Had to reheat.Hostess did not seem concerned but manager was extremely apologetic and offered gift card.
We visited Olive Garden at Legends for a special occasion. Our server was “Katie” ; I believe. She provided us with great customer service. Will definitely go back! Thanks for everyone’s effort at this restaurant.
The artichoke dip was burnt and couldn’t eat. The strawberry Bellini came halfway there the meal and was water. The service was very slow none of the food came together most of the restaurant was empty and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated when we got seated we ended up in the back by the kitchen door and hat to hear the staff yell coming through every 30 seconds. Couldn’t get refills on the soups breadsticks or salads. Just a very bad experience won’t be back ever
The staff were unprofessional asl, my boyfriend heard the hosts say to each other that they INTENTIONALLY made us wait for our table. The restaurant was NOT busy. The entire host table was crowded with employees talking amongst themselves, had earphones in, talked back to the manager when he told them to work. One person behind the counter even had no uniform and was walking around the restaurant looking lost. Like why show up if you’re wearing a t shirt with air pods in and not gonna do your job? The manager was the only one working hard and looked stressed while the host table was standing around laughing. Food was mediocre I could make better food than that, I’m never coming here again.
I absolutely love this location. Wonderful staff, great food, they really have that hospitality that many restaurants are lacking. Keep up the good work!
Ordered 18 piece chicken tenders, salad, and breadsticks to go. There were less than 18 pieces of chicken (about 14 or 15). Also the parking lot needs to have the trash cleaned up. Otherwise it was good and the salad portion was huge.
After being seated, we waited exactly 15 minutes before we decided to just get up and leave. Not one single person out of the 10 people walking by stopped to check on us. No drinks. Order appetizer off ziosk. Never came within the 15 minutes. Server light on. No one came.
