Great historical place to know the history of St. Lious and to explore the west expansion when seeing this one of great innovation of 21st century.

Went tonight with a last minute walk in group of 10. Five being kids under age 8. Our server was right on it with salad, breadsticks and drink refills, she didn't mess up a single order and was so sweet! She delivered the plates and grated cheese on them one by one table side- even the kids. I loved it. It makes them feel like adults and like they get a say in their food. That added such an extra bump in her level of care.

Happy Mother's Day!? I tried the chicken marsala it was ok. I should have stuck with the tour of Italy lol. The salad and breadsticks were good as usual ?

The food was good. Can't go wrong with chicken and shrimp marsala.

We like going here, but have not been for awhile due to the pandemic. We have ordered to-go in the past, but decided we needed to dine-in for a change. Seems others had the same idea because they were just as busy as before and wait times were 35-45 minutes. The food was just as excellent as we've had before. Our server, Justin, was attentive even though he appeared to be pretty busy.Only down side to the night was that we were sitting next to the windows, which were a little cold and the lights were turned so far down that it was almost difficult to read the menus and we saw someone at another table use their phone flashlight to read theirs.

We looked up the wait time on the app and it was 1-15 minutes. We decided a reservation was not needed but when we got there the host said it was going to be about a 35minute wait. We went ahead and sat down then checked the app again but it had not changed. I made a reservation on the app in hopes it would get us in sooner. As we waited I saw four groups of people leaving and three come in wanting a table but getting told the same wait time so they left. I looked in the dining room and saw tables that had dirty plates and glasses on them so I was thinking they would get cleared and we would get in real quick. None of the wait staff bothered to clean any tables the whole time we were there but then four started collecting in the front and chitchatting on their phones. One girl got out her purse and was showing off a fake hundred dollar bill. Not to mention half of the restaurant was shut down and not even being used. It was only like 7pm so not terribly late and there was a steady flow of people coming in and going but no one getting seated.

My family and I went here on Saturday night. One of the worst experiences at Olive Garden. We had a 45 minute wait not bad for the weekend. When we sat down is when it went down hill. Our waiter didn’t greet us or take our drink order for the first 10 minutes!!! I order wine and have to wait another 15 minutes to get my drink!! Horrible. Our salad and bread comes out. Not to mention the bread was cold. Also my plate was dirty with black grease on it. Had to wait some more just to get a clean plate. Our food finally comes out. My husbands tour Italy was cold. Our pasta was hard and under cooked! My son kids pizza was burnt!!! Like WTH?? We were completely dissatisfied!!! I have been in customer service for over 15 years and I can say with confidence this place is LACKING!!!!

I would give the server herself 5 stars, she was absolutely amazing, and the food was great. The only issue we had, was getting our table. We sat for way over the stated wait time, watching people that had 8 people parties, versus our 2, getting seated. Turns out the hostess never put our name in. I'm pretty understanding when it comes to the food industry, having worked in it. But to me, that is unacceptable as it is the hostesses MAIN job to put people in the computer.

Live "how busy"stats as shown on Google maps are a bit misleading now a days (early 2022). Staff shortages can give about an hour wait to get a table when Google says no wait. Not much variety in the appetizer selections. However, there are lots of meal options and a nice $5 take home dish add on. Staff is attentive and courteous. Payments beside cash are are done yourself at the table with a little wifi kiosk (even gift cards).

Great spot for after work cocktails and chit chat. My coworker and I both had Italian margaritas which is made with tequila and amaretto. So good (I'm doing the closed fingers to the mouth kiss). Also hot the Lasagna fritata to take home for dinner later. It's like breaded deep fried lasagna slices. So good! Try both! The pic is from the last time I went alone for the exact same thing. That's how good it is.
