This Mc Donald's has forgotten to include toys in my kids' happy meals on 2 occasions and of course I didn't realize until I'm already at home with said hungry kids and can't drive back. When I did notify them of the issue later they did not make any attemp to rectify it.
Three stars is the MOST that ANY McDonald's deserves.That being said, this one is fast and efficient.I honestly believed it to be McDonald's policy to botch one thing, in every order, every time.I live close to one that has NOT got a SINGLE order correct for 2 years and running. (I'm being completely serious)I won't say the location of this McTurd sandwich, (State Ave. KCK)just know that THIS McDonalds, gets the FULL 3 out of 3 ☆s!!!!
Y’all’s gentleman working cashier window 1 needs better training on friendly smile and a more welcoming attitude. Lady working 2nd window can’t even remember what’s she gives you, and dosent even say your welcome after you say thank you, and then Gotta wait with no explanation,I understand that working now days are hard and etc. but way to expensive to deal with issues
Don't even bother going here. You have better luck getting actual service at a different mcdonals. Never picks up the phone if a customer has question. Constantly being rude to customers and idk about you but I don't need to know about Becky down the road getting her face worked on while I'm eating my food.
Through the drive-thru, young guy at the window tried to give me a tea. I said, "That doesn't look like a large coke." He said it was, I asked him to check. Then he asked me to pull around in front and he'd bring it to me. A little more than 10 minutes later, I called the restaurant and told the young lady that I'm in the front waiting on my coke. Approximately 5 minutes later, a man brought me a real coke and said they didn't know I was out there!!..Really?! How could you not know?
Unacceptably slow, to the point that sometimes they won't let you order and tell you to leave. The drive thru lines are always incredibly long because the employees still haven't figured out when the rushes are and before you order they tell you they either can't accept credit cards or cash or their machines are down leaving you with only half of their menu to be able to order. Really too much to complain about hopefully they fix it soon
The worst McDonald's I've been to in many years McDonald's on State avenue has changed for the worst I'm not sure quite sure about the best and I don't care you get an attitude for me posting this your employees need to get a grip on reality as a job it's not a place for children to play at. I enjoy my food I don't want my food thrown trampled or anything but it seems to be occurring I would have gave you guys a five-star for service but your team sucks do better, I won't completely dog you out but all I want to see is my neighborhood McDonald's go back to where it used to be friendly smiles good food hot food not attitudes not friends
Had to repeat my order several times. My drink was wrong and the fries stone cold. Need someone else running the pay window as she was terrible. I listened to another order while waiting to pay and she had to have them repeat it as well and screwed up their order as well. I was there about 1:15 pm today.
Very friendly staff, good food, clean restaurant. We stopped in for breakfast and the food tasted great & came out quickly.Unfortunately for our little one the play area is still closed.
Service was good, location was clean, even the bathrooms. My only complaint is the parking lot is hard to maneuver as it's very small and the drive thru wraps around the parking lot so I'm sure they see lots of fender benders. There is a traffic light heading in and out so you dont have to cross traffic when leaving.
