I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time because of the poor service at my hometown McDonald's. I was working in Kansas City today and "needed" some McDonald's fries. I went to the one closest to my work and it was great! The food was hot and fresh, the service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. A great experience!
I'm so glad the younger lady at the drive through was so short with words and rolled her eyes when we said thank you. Some of the worst customer service I've had in years. I'm weary to eat this food after such a horrible face to face experience.
The attitude would have made it a 1 star but the food was hot so two. Girl with dark hair, smacking gum, looked Hispanic rolled her eyes so hard I thought she was going to faint. We said thank you and smiled, and she was mumbling vulgar words under her breath. I hope you get some serious karma ☺️

Boy prices have certainly gone up but you just can't beat a McDonalds Double Quarter Pounder.
If you not ordering one thing only expect for your order to be wrong. 99.99 % of the time!! The kids that work there have very poor listening skills, lack customer service and obviously don’t like their jobs. It’s a shame you have to literally pull everything out the bag to check your order for it not to be right.. God forbid you have a special order.. they definitely can’t comprehend that.. and y’all want $15 a hour? Y’all don’t deserve $5 a hour.. Then have the nerve to get an attitude because y’all mess up. Go down to Ward-parkway and go in Chic Fil A and watch them work.. learn something…
Always fresh, hot and fast food! The staff is friendly and professional as well.
Food was nice and hot. The time to come out or wait in line was not long at all.
