Super dissapointed in the customer service today. I stood at the counter and the employee continued to do something on the order screen finished called over a manager and I was ignored by both. I just had a quick question that couldn't be answered by the order screen. I almost always got take the time to leave a review to let business know they are either going a great job or have something to work on. We are all short staffed though customer service goes a long way.
Newly renovated. Nice inside and great location. Peking was easy even pulling our Harley trailers. Need to do a better job on taking care of their bathrooms though.
I went thru drive thru no one was at either drive thru. Ordered a leg coke and sausage, egg, cheese biscuit. As I pulled up a car from the other drive thru raced ahead of me. I paid and the confirmed my order. I said I didn’t need receipt. When I started to pick up the tried to give me two orange juices and I told them my order. She then asked if I had paid and I said yes. She looked around then gave me a coke. Asked again my order then handed me a bag. I left. When I opened the bag it was not what I ordered but I had left and didn’t have time to go back. The girl at the drive up window was rude and obviously did not pay attention to what I had ordered.
Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I waited in the driveway over 5 mins and no one would take my order but the other lane was flowing fine. So I go inside to no one acknowledging me & a rude manager. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this location.
Waited 22 minutes for food.. Doors were locked so I could not ask what was going on or make sure they had my order. Finally got it and asked if it was warm. Was told it was and there was only 1 person working the kitchen. I looked in the bag, looked right. It wasn't. After 22 long minutes, they wrapped some mcchickens in my burger wrappers. I don't know why I go back.
Look what McDonald’s employee gave me for my happy meal order,They gave me expired apple slices,Good thing my son know how to look for expiration date,and he told me the apples are looks so different
I only get McDonald's when the kids wear me down and I'll finally "treat" them to a kids meal. I nearly always regret it. First, I parked in one of the pickup spots and the app would not finish the transaction. So I go to the drive thru and get my food. They forgot the kid meals, so I then had to wait for that. We get going and my son asks why I got him water, it was supposed to be soda. They only get soda on certain occasions so he was really upset. For the price customers pay for the low quality food we should, at least, be able to expect a smooth transaction but that's just not been the case. I will say, the people working at my location are nice and apologetic. However, these issues aren't just at one McDs, it's a larger issue. Something somewhere is broken with their processes.

This is the WORSE McDonald's that I have ever been to by far in my life. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to purchase 25 gift cards for the homeless. The lady told me she could not help me because she was to busy and told me that I could not come inside either. I said Wow!!!!WOW!!!!! I am a paying customer just like the next customer. I went to McDonald's on Red Bridge a few days later and was accommodated with no problem or issues. I received the great customer service. I will never visit this location again
I was searching all around town for the Princess Peach toy for my child. I called this McDonald’s and they actually looked for the toy and I was able to get it. They went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to find the toy when I know they were busy.
